My original mail lady is the bomb, she always delivers on time and my packages are always left at my house but when she can not work and has substitute mail person my packages seems to never make it on time and or left at my mail box all night because it wasn't delivered until 9:30 pm at night and $500 worth of electronics was left all night in my unsecure leaky mailbox and it was raining. My neighbors never have this problem only me. Seems I'm singled out because I own my own business and have a lot of deliveries but that's what the mail person gets paid for to deliver on time and we all know nothing is delivered after 5pm we all know this in this little town. And if road is being worked on but traffic still gets through mail person doesn't even try and just says attempt ed delivery and no one was at business but we were home because my business is in my backyard, mail person didn't even attempt to come down the road according to tree company the mail person turned around and left! Sad!

There have been several times since March that I have made orders from Amazon. In most cases they make it through the mail system until they get to the Louisa Post Office. Then, if a particular mail carrier is on duty, there are times they will not deliver a package and I have to walk about 2 miles both ways to go get the delivery. This needs to be stopped.

I paid extra for shipping to be told it could not be delivered. I contact them they say the road was closed and was told yesterday it would be closed all week. To only drive down and see the road is open as well as traffic going through. Unprofessional and should be updated daily. This is always a issue. Please train staff appropriately
