Burlington post office number is always busy. Can’t get through to speak to a employee. Frustrating


Every time I go into this particular post office the staff is extremely rude.i will never step foot in there again. Being nice goes a long way. I work in the customer service industry, and I just always treat people how I would like to be treated.


I have informed delivery. I see the mail that's coming. A piece of mail that should have come April 1 was just brought to me by my neighbor. She was assigned box 8 yesterday. I have box 14. This piece of mail plus my March electric bill was put in her box - before the box was assigned to anyone. I am still missing a piece of mail. I have also had 2 pieces of mail stuck in my door because they were in the wrong box. I probably have a late fee on my electric bill because of this person. This mail carrier definitely needs to be more careful.


My mail and some packages have been delivered to the wrong address quite a few times in the last 4 or 5 months. Some things were never received and I don't know where they ended up at. Very unhappy


Received mail but not the 2 packages that they reported they delivered. If they got the mail to the correct address, where did the packages go.
