My family and I do grab our mail at least once a week as our schedules get busy with our growing family. I understand the mailbox gets full but by all means there is absolute no reason to write in permanent marker on my package in all capital letters telling me what to do. Then, the mailman has the audacity to take the package he wrote on and throws it on my front porch, literally. Video evidence have been captured. Sad to see this occur here in the neighborhood.

We must have a new mail carrier. I’m tried of the nasty notes left in our mailbox. Last week they had enough time to blame me for not elevating the flag when there was outgoing mail. This week (today) I was told via a nasty note, that I blocked the mailbox with my car and was illegally parked. There is a house mid street that is currently up for sale, most likely it was a potential buy looking at the house that blocked the mailbox. Regardless the carrier needs to refrain from writing notes. I understand the term “Going Postal” now. Maybe an evaluation needs to be done before some innocent customer gets hurt by the lawyer / police officer / postal employee siting the law.

We have the WORST mail carrier. Every time we go on vacation, and have our mail re-delivered, is isnt'! Today was the 2nd day our mail was to be delivered and it wasn't. I had to drive over to pick it up. I made a point of telling the clerk-who was as nice as could be- that this was the 2nd day our mail wasn't delivered. I wasted an hour of my day to get my mail . Olathe East Mail carrier --at least in our area--STINKS BIG TIME. Do your job!!!!!

For the fourth time in recent months mail has been shoved into my box from the carrier side that I am unable to remove from my side. Large heavy envelope has been folded and contents destroyed due to deplorable concern about contents. This kind of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed to all carriers.

We live at 13640 S Sycamore St, Olathe, and have had misdirected mail twice in the last 10 days. First was our neighbors mail from 13636 into our box and then just yesterday three of our letters ended up in 13642 mailbox and the owner delivered them to us. It appears the carrier's eyes are not focusing well or something in wrong.

I recently had my mail stopped. The confirmation number is CAH391564636. However, upon returning home and checking my mail box (which since my mail was stopped, SHOULD HAVE BEEN EMPTY), the mail from the first 2 weeks of my hold request was in there. I was able to determine the week by the postmarks. Why wasn't my mail held. I want to hear from someone at the Post Office why this couldn't be done correctly. I seriously doubt whether I have received all my mail at this point. Please CALL [number removed]. If I can't answer please leave a voicemail with the number I can call back without going thru numerous prompts or automated processes.

Problems with inconsistent service 1342 S. Winterbrooke. Get my Wall Street Journal usually only 3 of 6 days of scheduled arrival. Mail does not arrive before 5:30 pm. Postman never "puts down" flag after a delivery. Have been at this address for over 40 years. Until a few months ago, mail always arrived in the morning with not a problem. Since delivery schedule has changed, very poor service.

I am having issues with delivery of packages from Book Depository due to the following issue: The order has been returned to us by the postal services as undeliverable with the reason of an incomplete address. This is the address: Debbie Fox 13833 S DARNELL ST 503 OLATHE KS 66062-5381 UNITED STATES What is the issue of the above address that all packages are being sent back? I never had this issue in the past and now I do. Please advise if the address needs to be changed any further than what is stated. I live in the Windsor Townhomes and unit #503. Thank you

1) Do the employees have a dress code, because anywhere else you wouldn't be allowed to have facial hair that rivals ZZ Top members. Granted, they don't work in a restaurant, but appearance is important when dealing with the public. 2) The parking lot looks horrendous. There are too many pot holes and it hasn't been repaired in years. Please fix it. Thank you

My sister's dog who we are watching while she finds a place to live broke the chain and got loose and didn't even bite nor get within 8 ft from him and he had the nerve to yell at my 6 month pregnant fieance who has stress induced seizures while watching my 10 month old daughter about it and call her stupid for the dog getting loose and cursed at her for five minutes all while I'm at work. If this is really how a federal company is to treat it's tax payers who by the way pay their checks are to be treated what do you think the country's going to turn into I would like for their to be a federal investigation into the US postal service for situations such as or similar situations and how they approach them so all's I have to say to that postal worker is good day and don't come back!

Not that you'll ever read this but neither your nor my tax payer money pays for a postal employee's wage. The post office is fully funded by the postage paid and doesn't receive government funding. Also the number 1 incident to postal workers is by peoples dogs. So yeah keep your pets locked up. They know you, not the post worker.

Tracking my package of Easy Bold Coffee from FedEx, they decided to drop my package off at Olatha Post Office for them to send out. That was on the 9th of January, 2017. It is now the 15th and still no package. I was to receive it by the 11th from FedEx and no later. I live in Gilliam, MO. and this order was placed Dec. 30th, 2016. I don't live in China. What's a person gotta do to get a good cup of coffee?

Even though our mail box is clearly visible from Black Bob Road, and even though our mail box is easily accessible through our parking lot, on Jan 11 the post office again failed to deliver or pick up mail. This has happened several times before and we were assured it was an oversight never to be repeated. However, when we called about it happening again, nobody answered the phone, nor could we leave a message. Perhaps we should write you a letter?

The new package delivery service contract you have with UPS, FedEx and any other company has been a nightmare. I have been unable to find info about where my packages are. I have received orange notices stating that an attempt was made but THAT was impossible because I am home everyday that I don't have a Dr appt since I am disabled. When I call to inquire, the package is in an attempted delivery area and usually ends up being several packages. I have had to go back to the companies I've ordered from to attempt to resolve problems also. If this is the procedure of how packages are handled, then I would like to be informed now so I am able to make other arrangements as I cannot keep finding someone to pick up packages that were never even attempted. I plan to inform all the businesses that I purchased from of this same problem and that if it is not rectified then I will be unable to continue my business with them as well.

Went in to buy my first set of stamps, having just figured out how to mail letters. Their machine is set up firstly so that anyone who is new to the postal service can't figure anything out. There's things like first class, first class forever, etc that someone new to the entire service - like me - would have no idea what those are. Luckily, there's no description to help! I ended up calling my mother to ask what on earth they meant. After that it was relatively straightforward and convenient up until the printing of my stamps. I put in an order for twenty stamps and out popped ten stamps. So I'm a little upset, I check in the little slot to see if I missed anything - but nope! Just ten. So now I'm ten stamps short and I can't find any sort of email or anything that I can contact this office to have my order fixed.

Very rude and condescending. Never again. In reviews I have read all over the internet, lots of people say the same. I don't know why these people are so unhappy.

I am super aggravated because I was home at the time of the delivery for my packaged that needed signature, car in the driveway and house lights on and the post man did NOT come to my door he simply went to my mail box and dropped of the note that said sorry we missed you. That is completely lazy and now I have to go in to get my package that I needed yesterday hence why I paid for the express shipping!
