I moved 10 weeks ago and still continue to have packages and letters not get delivered from the post office. I get a call and the person leaves a number to call. The phone number is either busy or it rings continuously until is says the box is full. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Good morning. I have a strange request that I hope you can help with. I am not allowed to drive right now due to a medical condition. Can you possible make the exception and deliver my mail to my door? This should only be for a couple weeks.

Contacted you "No Customer Service" line and got no customer service. Tried the local number and could not get thru.
Part of my mail is being misdelivered to a neighbor. He hand delivered it to me a couple of days ago, saying "your mail is being delivered to my box." This has cost me money due to late bill payment fees. My address is 12741 Granada Lane,Leawood, KS 66209.
Please tell me how you plan to resolve this issue,
You need to add real customer service with a decent phone system. Nobody can get through. It rings off the hook & then get a message that says "Sorry memory is full, please try again later." Is this by design so you do not have to pick up the phone?

I went to the post office at 124th and Antioch to drop off a bill in drive through mailbox. There was mail basically hanging out of the 2nd larger mailbox! I couldnt even get my bill in there if I tried. I has to drive to other post office. Looks like it hasn't been emptied in a month. I mailed something yesterday and will be making calls to see when the business actually received the letter. Understand now why this PO got 1 star
This branch is horrible. They said my mailbox was vacant. I check my mail one time a week. I’ve been trying to call both the branch and the number left in my box. I can leave a message because the voicemail is full or it gives me a busy signal!
I AM IN AGREEMENT WITH THE OTHERS, THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. MOST RECENT PROBLEM, EBAY SHIPMENT OUT ON PORCH FOR 2 DAYS , FORMS SUBMITTED EACH EVENING FOR PICKUP, NO PICKUP. OUR CARRIER IS GREAT THE MANAGEMENT AND OFFICE GROUP ARE NON PERFORMERS AND FAIL TO PRINT OUT THE FORMS FOR PICKUP. WE GET DINGED BY EBAY WHEN SHIPMENTS DO NOT GO OUT ON TIME. Still trying to find a package delivered May 4 (4 weeks ago). Postal workers admitted it was delivered but to Wrong postal locker on Wrong street!!! 3 employees (+"supervisor"), have said they'd track it down and call me. Haven't heard from anyone. Seller won't reimburse because tracking # shows delivery. Expensive gift and no help whatsoever. Horrific experience. Afraid to order on-line. Some neighbor out there is enjoying my daughter's bday present and absolutely no assistance from USPS.
I mean let's face it the post office is nearly a dead horse. This branch is pretty terrible. They don't answer the phone, they are understaffed, half the staff is part time undertrained. It's.pathetic really.
Extremely disappointed in the quality of customer service from this USPS location. Half the time they don't have enough staff to do the necessary work. The other half they lose or misplace our mail. Called the other day and they stated that no overnight staff had shown up to work. Really?! Absolutely ridiculous that this location can still be in business with as many issues as they have. Someone needs to review their processes, change management and staff and get things fixed immediately.
This is the WORST USPS location I have ever had to deal with. I moved into an apartment at the beginning of August and they would not install what they needed to in the mailboxes for residents to pick up their mail until mid October! I called multiple times and all they would tell me is that there was a work order in.
They can't even process paperwork correctly. When I put in an address forward they didn't even get the address correct when they completed the forward!
We have a regular mail person who is wonderful and is always checking to make sure my mail is not being delivered the the apartments across the street. However, when it is a sub that is working my mail ALWAYS ends up across the street! Well, that is if they actually deliver it at all. There were 3 days in 2 weeks where the regular was off none of the entire apartments mail was delivered.
Now they are saying that they are unable to deliver packages! The tracking says it was delivered, which it never was, and they it says that it was returned because it was undeliverable?!?
I have heard that they unable to keep management around and that the turn over is so bad that they have no idea what is going on in the office. Also, they never answer the phone. If you need to talk to someone in the office call before noon or you will never get an answer!
Consistent issues with delivery of packages. Items showing delivered not delivered, items not delivered but held at the office with no letter or notice in mailbox. Virtually impossible to reach the actual office as the line is always busy. I have the post office office line saved in my contacts, if that tells you how often I have to call and try to find my packages. I honestly debate ordering things online because of the hassle and risk I have in not receiving it or with delayed receipt. Got someone else's packages I my mailbox last week, never got my own. Saw an actual package set on the floor under someone's mailbox last week vs in a parcel locker or at their door. Anyone could nab it. Perhaps someone has my package from last week that I'm still looking for?
I'm not sure what's going on with my mail. I followed all instructions and I check my mail all the time. Sometimes it's there and sometimes they send it back to the sender. It's very random! I keep trying to call in and I get a busy signal. Someone please help this place get it right.
The Blue Valley Post office 12433 Antioch Rd, Overland Park, KS 66213 has not processed our mail since Feb. 10th. The mail pieces that are being effected are Certified (Accountable s) and Business reply (Postage due). This has effected our claims, bonds, and personal lines departments, commercial drivers entry and Commercial agency appointments.
FYI: I checked this website today. See above. The hours for the lobby reads Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This is incorrect. I drove to pick up a package and they close at 4:30!!!!! Very disappointed.
