MAIL SERVICE ISN'T WHAT IT USED TO BE!! I MAILED A LETTER TO A BANK FROM ALBANY TO MUNCIE. I MAILED IT 8-22-22. THE BANK DID NOT RECEIVE IT UNTIL A WEEK LATER 8-29-22. THAT IS REDICULOUS. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE DAYS WHEN IT WAS RECEIVED THE VERY NEXT DAY!! POSTAGE WAS 3 CENTS BACK THEN. ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!!!!! CAN YOU REPORT THIS TO OUR GOVERNMENT???? OR CAN I AND TO WHOM!!

Postal service sucks I haven't been able to get or send mail since Thursday because Post man isn't doing it job. Tried to call and see what is up with no answers and then the main office tells me that I have to do a inquiry for why I don't have any mail service and it's not my job that's not being done it's the post office job. I'm so not happy with postal service.

I have Nothing but praise for our Muncie Indiana post office. I have received mail that I don't know how in the world it got here. One letter for my wife from Austria her aunt addressed it with her name and street address no city or state and USA . we received it no problem. Another package very poorly boxed with heavy items completely open with all Items inside. I think its a modern day miracle how i can send anybody something anywhere in the country and it will get there in just a few days there are over 300 million people in this country, and i can sent a letter to any one of them, and they will get it. Fantastic.

The mailman never gets here at the same time and some days doesnt come at all. I also recieve tons of mail from addresses nowhere near me. Just saying, if they had set routes and mail in the route order they wouldnt have so many problems. This is just laziness in my opinion.

Was having 2 packages delivered today. I recieved 1. Apparently when the worker realized he had messed up he marked the package as unable to get to mailbox or door.

Hey, I’m having a hard time getting my post worker to pick up mail sent to the wrong address. I’ve put it in a bag marked return to sender, when that didn’t work, I got a big red stamp and stamped it “return to sender”. I get maybe 5-6 things from previous renters a week. Please help.

I learned today that one of the ladies at this location just returned from a driving trip to Texas and back, with stops along the way at various attractions, and then simply returned to work without the reasonable self isolation. Not protecting the USPS customers at all!

The book I ordered online was shown by the tracking number to have been delivered at my address yesterday at 12:15pm. Guess what? The book was not in my mailbox or at my door. Did the post person leave it at the wrong address? My number is on my mail box. I realize that the postal department is under a great deal of stress due to the virus AND an incompetent newly hired head, but surely the dedicated route person can read and distribute mail as intended and to the correct address.

I bought a live flower for my mom...it "arrived" today but was brought back to the post office and instantly marked for return to sender. This is the second package this week that has been interfered with by the post office. They have claimed to not be able to find her address while still delivering normal mail. So I do not believe this is the case. She has already had to make a special trip for the last package and has health concerns and now will not even have the option of a trip. I do not understand the post office unable to properly educate all off the employees on locations being my mom's fault or responsibility....should we assume that the post office is unable and incapable of safely or even at all delivering her packages and if they has questions or concerns why are they not asking and addressing it directly when they are able to contact her with the exact same address printed on any other piece of mail she receives. 😭😭😭😭😭😭👎

I am concerned about something I mailed from Muncie. On April 18th I dropped two birthday cards for my grandson's birthday in the mailbox outside of the Texas Roadhouse parking lot. It was his 10th birthday and they live in Michigan. Since we can't have a party and go there, my daughter and I each sent him a card with a 25 gift card in it. His little sister has a birthday this weekend. I mailed her card April 27th, from our little town outside of Muncie. Her card made it to their house. My grandson's two cards never have. My hope is somehow these two cards have just gotten delayed somehow. I have asked my daughter in Michigan to continue to watch for the two that were sent on April 18th. I did call your office and was told that you are picking up mail from those boxes daily still.

Living in Halteman village, the local ad package that should be delivered on or about Tuesday/Wednesday, is only delivered approx once every 2 months. Businesses are paying for these ads to be delivered weekly. Additionally, Fresh Tyme's ad is time sensitive (Double Wed. specials) . Typically, when I'm lucky enough to even get the ad package, it's delivered on Thursday or Friday which renders Fresh Tymes ad worthless. Additionally, sometimes the mail isn't delivered at ALL .... or sometimes comes AFTER DARK! Unacceptable. And they want to make the biggest increase in stamp prices in the USP's history. NO way!

Explain how you can send 2 packages sent on the same day one gets there the other one does not. And this was over a month ago. I will never use the post office again to send packages. How about instead of advertising good service you have good service.
