I placed a payment in the large outgoing box at the N Wheeling location and it never reached its destination. If this box is no longer in service please close it or remove it. Closing that little PO is a majority inconvenience to both the populas and SB. VERY SAD INDEED

In this Sunday Oct. 22, I was supposed to receive a package from Amazon Prime. Not only did they not deliver they told the people at Amazon they had attempted to but could not. I was home all day ,so this is my conclusion. They lied. They never attempted to deliver nothing. No wander everybody hates the usps. This is not the first time I've had to deal with them and I'm sure it won't be my last. Quit after and try working on your customer service.
