Two weeks ago I wrongly addressed two packages to WI. I insisted it was the right address, but checked when I reached home. Sure enough I transposed the street number. The Hobart USPS retrieved my packages and allow me to bring new labels in saving me almost $30.00 in postage. Thank-you!

Tuesday & Wednesday Sept 26-27 the front doors were not unlocked when I was there at 8:30am. Whoever is in charge of that this week is not doing their job. Many of us need to get to our PO boxes before work.

I have had a stroke. I live by St Marys Hospital. I would like to know if i bought a mail box, and mounted it outside near my door; could they drive up the short driveway and deliver my mail?

Have a new carrier but he only delivers my mail whenever he feels like it I guess. Two weeks ago I received Monday and Tuesday mail and nothing after. Last week I understand mail was suspended 1 day. Received mail Monday is all. Yes he can say because of snow but that was 1 day only. My wife got back from travel Friday and cleared a path. Still no mail Tuesday, Wednesday (suspended), Thursday, Friday and Saturday. He never uses the sidewalk anyway. He cuts through everyone yards. He even tripped over a Christmas decorations and broke line. To the point it is plain ridiculous now.

Absolutely atrocious behavior by substitute mail carrier today. I have a 65lb black lab that loves all people and animals. He is highly trained and extremely smart. He is used to our normal mail carrier, when delivering packages, knocking on the door. When I open it he sits and stays right by me. Never steps outside or anything. He is usually treated to a couple treats and a pet. When he saw the mail carrier today he acted like he always does. However, this mail carrier flipped out and acted like a child waving her arms like she was being attacked all the while my dog was inside. When I stepped out to try and calm her down as she gripped her paper spray, he also stepped out but stayed on our back step I quickly turned around and ordered him in which he listened. He never growled or anything and was just as confused as I was. Me and my cousin who was also there, were very apologetic and tried to confront this mail carrier by telling her our dog was just excited and he is used to the other mail carrier petting him ect. She concluded by saying o need to control my dumb dog. I took offense to this and said fine give me my mail and get off my property. She then refused to give me my mail and walked off with my packages. I called the post office and they sided with this mail carrier and even went as far as to say the other mail carrier who gives treats will be disciplined for doing so. These people have lost it. I and my dog deserve an apology and that substitute mail carrier needs to be shown the door.

Terrible service! They don’t even come to the neighborhood on the days they’re supposed to! Supposed to deliver a package to me tonight it listed as delivered yet not one single postal worker was in my neighborhood today! They have skipped delivering mail at least 1-2 times every other week for the past 6 months! Especially when you pay for shipping and it’s listwd at delivered yet NO ONE has delivered it!!!! I’m tired of this crap!! Do YOUR JOB!!!!!!! Deliver the mail MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY and SATURDAY like you are supposed to!!!

Terrible service. When all children are in school today, the post office was even closed. Not to mention (but I will mention it), that the employees close the office for an 1 1/2 hours every day for their lunch! When this site is in danger of closing, well why not - they're not there half the time anyway!

This chinese guy- SERIOUSLY starting to get on my LAST nerve...almost 5- AGAIN & no mail-AGAIN.. EVERY gd time he is on our route, we dont get our mail until literally 6-7 and its getting to be very aggravating!!! That guy needs fired like yesterday! This is bs,now i KNOW a box is coming today, and i cant leave until he comes because the drug addict across from me will steal it or i wont get it,so im STUCK until he decides to bring it, which again isnt until 6! This PO needs some new employees bad...this is every time that man is on our route- never have this issue when its our normal carrier!!! He just doesnt care! He gives us all the wrong mail, half the time were havng to call our neighbors to let them know "hey we have your W2'S OVER HERE"! Yes,that happened! smmfh... what is going to have to happen for this man to STOP,ive had to literally chase down a package he decided to drop off clear across town!!! KNOWING it came here! THEN he tries to pull the "oh,i didnt see the box" & I believe he was trying to steal the package! Now,i am finding mysef having to drive alllll the way to the PO to send out mail, because our carrier dont come in time...fire that man PLEASE:< this is beyond bs...

I have not been getting all of my mail lately. I constantly get other people's mail. I am a union contractor expecting 10 W2s this year. I just received 1 of mine along with 2 other people's. I am going to drive them to their houses, but how do I know other people would do the same for me. I hope they would these are W2s. I have called multiple times about receiving other people's mail, and it just seems to make matters worse. I have had times where I have had none of my mail and all of other people's mail. I really hope they can get a handle on this. The address is on the mailbox how hard is it to put the right mail in the right mailbox.

Packages were "out for delivery" yet they never stopped to ring to deliver our cnristmas packages, but rather left a note they "attempted" and no one was home. We are all there, waiting for the gifts. Thanks USPS, no wonder you guys go belly up an no one cares.
