No matter how long you let it ring or how many different times of day you call .....NO ONE at Miller or Main answers the phone. They are not busy dealing with customers as I have sat outside the door watched and tried to call to no avail. Why does the post office even have phones?

This post office is a joke they never answer the phone, their workers hardly finish their routes. I was supposed to get mail every day this week according to usps informed delivery and here it is Saturday and still no mail.

Postal carrier to lazy to put my mail in the mailbox. She puts it on the stairs, today is a windy day and my mail (my bills) are down the street. Call and no one ever answers the phone.

i have been here at 5950 w 36th garyindiana 46408lot118 since my 22 yr old son was murdered in hobart im a homeowner and everyday an issue with my carrier putting mail in boxes thtat dont belong now someone knocked all mail boxes to ground so i put a standing mail box of my own not far from original boxes so i can get my mail so i can pay my bills and legal mail she refuses to put in standing box of mine nor give my mail in hand with id this is a federal offense she is never pleasant what is the problem she should love her job and herself im sorry for the way this has to be she is very direspectville as i will asways and continue with respect so please why ia my mail being held richardson/zampini and all the disrespect her job is not done properly thankyou sheri richardson i will take this matter higher if there is no differecce

I have not received mail in over three days. I asked my neighbors and it is the same for them as well. We have been waiting for stimulus packages, VA medication, small items, mail & etc. We have never had this to happen to us before! My Son went up there to ask about our non-delivery of mail we received someone else's mail and our address is on the box. He took it back up there. If we were received someone else's stimulus check who did the USPS carrier deliver our stimulus check and other important mail to as well? I tried calling them and no one picks up the phone. Please advise?

I had two packages that were supposed to be delivered yesterday and only one was delivered but both were marked as delivered, and nothing brought today. I would like my package that you did not give me. No one is answering the phone.

My package was supposed to be delivered on the 24th and it is now the 3rd. It is for my birthday which is in a couple days and now you guys are saying it’s ready for pick up and also lied about attempting to deliver it. No one has answered the phone in days. The unprofessionalism is sickening and you guys should be ashamed. People deserve their packages on time and shouldn’t have to pick up if they paid for delivery. Also no one has been there when attempted to come get mail.

They stole Xmas packages from me last year, when I contacted the company. They said I had signed for them. I am retired and on date it was delivered I watched mail come. My package was not with it. I stopped sending packages through them. You get a case number and that's it. They are stealing and nothing is being done. We had a large check delivered to wrong address not my usual mail person. The person opened it saw that it was wrong address and kindly brought it to us. It had the correct address and they didn't pay any attention to doing there job. Incompetent and Thieves is what they allow.

Why have a phone number if no one answers? Been waiting on a package for over 3 weeks now and it says it's just sitting at the Gary Indiana usps waiting on acceptance. So this is theft and you now owe me money for shipping. No wonder no one goes to Gary.

My computer was taken this past Saturday. When I track my package it said that I had signed for my computer and it was delivered. Funny thing is Saturday it was almost 80° out and I was in my front yard the entire day I watch the postal driver put mail in my mailbox. NOTHING DELIVERED. This is the second time this driver took my property and this post office is deplorable why is nothing done. you call and NEVER EVER answer. And yes THIS IS THEFT TO SIGN SOMEONE ELSES NAME....AND NOT DELIVER I ASSURE...I WILL SEEK AND RETAIN COUNSEL

I never recieved a call from the post office after emailing them regarding my package countless times. never got a call. and it still says it's in Gary. I drove an hour and half there just for them to act like I was crazy even though i had the tracking right there in their face. this post office needs to be sued.

Tain, I filed a formal complaint with United States Postal Department I will give you the number I also called the Consumer Affairs office I fully believe anybody on this site has gone through what I've gone through needs to do the same this has to stop I went in to that post office this morning they would not give me a copy that showed I signed for an item I never received that is against the law they are supposed to give me a copy. The supervisor would not come out and talk to me and said they are not responsible even though they were notified that this is the same driver that stole a cell phone case from me in December and inform them they have a theft problem they did nothing the following are the numbers I hope everybody on the sites calls and lodges are on complaint to get something done:

When will another outside mail box be returned to the Tolleston Post office? I now have to drive to the main office to drop my mail in an outside box. I don't want to walk inside. My mobility is limited.

I checked tracking, and it said it was at Gary post office.

We do not receive mail eveyday in our subdivision. Have complained to Merrillville P.O. without results. The Postmasters phone number in Gary is always busy. 2-3 busy signals and then a disconnect. SO I guess I will have to go to the next step in the chain of command.

They have stopped taking my outgoing mail. Since I've complained about it now they at no longer delivering my mail at all. This is a horrible way to treat a disabled person.

This is the second time I have had to reorder an item when it arrives at your post office it disappears. Here is the tracking number 74890204149852005218. Find out where it is at. No one answers the 2198868000. Now it is a busy signal. I am going to report to the national postmaster to get results.
