The packages aren't sitting at the Post Office. There are a lot of warehouses in Greenwood and if you go to the official usps website it will show you in the tracking history which company has it. It will say with shipping partner and the name of that shipping partner like UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

My package has been sitting here for 2 weeks now after it came to it appropriate state then somehow ended up at this facility sitting. When will my package arrive? Why is it sitting so long?

Everytime I order from a certain company my stuff gets stuck at the Greenwood post office for days. What is up with that.

I am not sure if you are aware, but there is a company, using several names--Derandy, Cladece, Melelly, Retaica, Rebuys, Zouvis, Hamilin, Nohava, Anrania, Etitar, and probably others--claiming to use your PO and the other USPS in Greenwood to mail their packages. Although they send tracking info, nothing can be tracked because "We have shipped your order few days ago, but there is long distance from our warehouse to USPS 's warehouse." There company is all over Facebook and who knows where else. I just thought you should be aware of the scam in which you are implicated. Thank you.

When in God's Green Earth is my package going to move to Cincinnati. It's been sitting in Greenwood since Jan 22. This is Christmas and will, if I'm lucky, arrive by Easter. To use a familiar phrase: Come On Man

I was suppose to receive a package January 14, 2021. I have yet to receive the package and the tracking information says it has been at this facility since January 7, 2021. It has been almost a month and I am moving to a different state in a few weeks. When will my package arrive?

Everyone I have called usps and learned that it is not the actual post office but a shipping partner called Pintney Bowes that has all the packages! I called them and they created a case I however don't know how far it will go. 844-256-6444 is the number if anyone wants to call and complian. I understand they are behind but not months behind.

Unacceptable. My package has been stolen here at this post office as there is no other explanation to why a pair of shoes bought online have not reached my home and other shoes that did not have to get shipped through Greenwood DID reach my house. Not a joke, taking it to the higher ups.

We wanted to send heartfelt thanks for the help Janel at the Greenwood IN post office gave to us. We were having an issue with a check not arriving that was supposed to be sent to us. The informed delivery app. stated we were to get a check we had been waiting for and we did not receive it; We contacted the post office and spoke with Janel she was very professional and tracked down our check and got it delivered to us quickly. I have had a few very pleasant interactions at this location. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, on top of being efficient. I had specialized invitations going out for my wedding last year and the gentleman at the desk patiently gave me detailed instructions on how to have them properly sent.

Kudos to the staff at our local post-offices. Generally they are very helpful, although sometimes they miss the mark when it comes to accurately interpreting postal regulations. Whereas the local folks are mostly top notch, the telephone customer service line 1-800-Ask-USPS® (275-8777) is close to useless! A package I sent as a gift arrived damaged, so I wanted to get more information from the folks at the customer service about the issue. The first call to the system, after wading through the ridiculous queue, to get to speak to someone, the call quality was so bad that it disconnected. Tried to call back and got a busy signal. Then tried and the call was misdirected to someone's voicemail. Tried yet again, and the system malfunctioned and the call was automatically disconnected -- again. I find it very interesting that the robo-message on the front end of their system says that if you wait at the end of the call, you can participate in a customer survey. How convenient that the calls are robo-disconnected so that you can't participate in the survey! I guess they don't want low marks for their miserably poor service.

I have lived at my apartment for almost one year now. The first six months I had no issues getting my mail, but starting around last of August to the first of September I quit getting my mail. First I knew my niece sent a birthday card that a month later it was returned to her. She sent me a photo in a text with the front of the envelope. It was exactly what needed to be there. Took three weeks to get my birthday card from my sister. Then the end of November I didn't receive my bill for my rent until 7 days after it was due. I talked to someone at the post office, the only answer they had was it was the same carrier and she would check into it. I talked to the carrier myself and put my last name on the mailbox itself. I have received mail for about two weeks. Now I haven't gotten anything for about a week. I am looking to receive my car insurance bill. I need to receive my mail, I haven't gotten a light bill in almost two months. Even though I am on budget I know what I need to pay, I like seeing what I am actually using.

My father carried mail in Indpls. for 35 years so I am pro USPS. However, our service in our neighborhood, Rocklane Ridge, is terrible. Some days early some days very late some days no mail at all. Greenwood post office used to be really good i had my mail held there and instead of trying to further helo me after idenifying who i am june who was the manager at the time was of no help rude and if anything uncommunicative towards what i was needing help with unfortunatly nothing will be done but its good to express your experiences

Over the last 2 years, the service has deteriorated. I get mail for my neighbor with the same house number but different street at least 3 times a week. I get packages and medication which is unacceptable! I have called numerous times and the answer is always... “I’ll address it with the carrier”. That is ridiculous. I’m not the only one on my street with this issue. What can be done?

I live in the Mt Pleasant addition in johnson county center Grove commcommunitMy mail is late after dark every day. See the carrier drive up and down the street multiple times. My real issue is the mail is always misdelivered. Told my route is for training new drivers. Always receive neighbors mail from two streets over..they should know my name by now regardless of address..but always same excuse 5+ years

Monday (12/11) mail arrived on Tuesday (12/12) at 8 AM. Mail has been being delivered between 6-8 PM, after dark. Not good in an over 55 community or anywhere for that matter. I live in University Park Commons at 93 W Wind Chime cir. The Commons is an over 55 community. I am 72 and most of the folks who live here are also much older than 55. Tonight our mail was delivered at 8:30 PM. It is dangerous to try to walk out to the road in the dark for people our age and get our mail. Some days the mail is delivered at 12:30 PM. Most days it is much later, but it is never delivered at the same time two days in a row. Could you please try to deliver it during the day time please?
