I came into the Franklin Post Office to ask a few questions, and the woman I was talking to made me feel stupid for not knowing when the mail would be delivered in a certain area. Both she, and the other person working the front desk, laughed at me and made me feel extremely embarrassed. Before this bad experience, I had been trying to call and talk to someone at the front desk, but after calling again and again with no answer, I gave up and went in. They were not busy, so why could someone not answer the phone? I even went to their website and made sure all the information I had was correct, which it was. This is not the first bad experience I have had at the Franklin Post Office. It will certainly be one of the last times I will be visiting this location. I hope this is made known so no one else has to experience such rudeness and humiliation.

I submitted a forwarding address form in December to have mail sent to Florida.I gave the form along with a stop mail form for a future date.Neither form was processed by the agent I gave them to.My daughter went in 1st of January and resubmitted new forms. It is now January 11 and I have not received any mail.We have done this procedure for at least 5 years at the same time. She was told there are no records of us doing this ever. What’s the solution?
