The Dundee post office never answers their phone and I have an inquiry and I am homebound without a car and I need to talk to them. I want information about informed delivery and how I can get that for this address in Sleepy Hollow Illinois. Please advise since the post office on eighth Street with Services this area never answers their phone and I have been trying for seven days Monday through Saturday my number is 847-849-7549 thank you for all who can help me

Never get mail until late at night and last night no mail driver commented "no access to property" this is unacceptable.

Called PO to ask where a Certified letter shown as in my mail on Informed Deliver 4/14 has not arrived by 4/16. Called the Dundee PO. Listen to 3 minutes of unrelated options. Stayed on line for “office personnel “. Rang approximately 35 times and then disconnected me. This certified letter contains valuable documents. I have the number if someone will text me back with assistance. Your service is extremely frustrating and unhelpful.
