I used to really enjoy coming to this place—it had great energy, and the male staff were always kind and professional. However, my recent experience with a new employee at the desk was disappointing. When I approached the counter to hand over a small package, the African American female employee opened her hand without making any effort to properly receive it, leaving me to do extra just so I can place it in her palm. This felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I found it frustrating. I hope this behavior can be addressed so that the positive atmosphere I once appreciated can return.
I Have Been Going To This Unit Almost Every Day Since 2001, It Is The Most Trouble Out Of All I Visit Depending On The Direction i Am Heading On A Particular Day. Which I Go to At Least 8 Other Location During the Course Of A Month, This unit Makes Up There Own Set Of Rules As They Go Along, I Leave There Stressed Every time mostly Due To A Lady Named Mary, Not Sure What Her Issues Are But She Has Sarcasm Even When Attempting to Be Nice, So i Have Adjusted My Self To Going Elsewhere and Traveling Further, I Would Use Elmwood Park, But Parking Is Terrible Due To Postal Employees Parking In The Areas That Customers Should Be Using In The Lot And Along The Street, So I Have To Keep Adjusting to All The Turmoil, The Post Office Is A Very Important Part Of My Business, But I Am Learning To Use Other Sources Whenever I Can, Which Seem To Be More Welcoming To My Business, I Truly Believe That There Are People You Guys Need To Weed Out Because They Are Full Of Pure Lazy, While Others Are Very Very Nice, But One Bad Apple Does Spoil The Bunch,
Living here for 31yrs at 2545 West, I understand losing Dave my carrier the first of the year that I would go through a transition period of late or missing mail. But what happened yesterday I feel that I have to bring to your attention. Yesterday I received my mail late got it around 3 right before the thunderstorm. Today when I went out for my papers to my surprise there was a box sitting on the porch Soaked!! Why did she leave this after the mail, and didn't even ring my bell. Especially since a thunderstorm was evident.. I hope the contents of the package can be saved.
I got a notification stating that I got my package delivered today but nothing showed up but the tracking number keeps saying it was delivered to my business but I didn't receive anything the whole day. But the mail man did drop off regular mail, is it possible that the mail man scanned the package when it go into the truck and just forgot to deliver it today, or What do I do?
