I love the staff at the Elmwood Park Post Office! I’ve lived in Galewood for 27 years and I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience. The staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE and EFFICIENT. Let me not forget, EXTREMELY PATIENT! I’m also very happy with my regular Mail Carrier! She had been our Mail Carrier for over 10 years. She is ALWAYS FRIENDLY, KIND, EFFICIENT and goes the EXTRA MILE when delivering IMPORTANT mail and packages by ringing the bell. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but I intend to find out so that I can post her name. She delivers mail in the 2100 block of North Harlem.

Good morning , can someone please keep the grounds free a trash , the post office looks like a trash can im sorry, I’ll pick it up myself , busin and people just don’t care. Please take pride in our village, everyone should throw trash to where it supposed to b in the trash can 🗑 one should b place in high volume areas please keep Elmwood park clean and safe thank you

I don’t know why Elmwood Park USPS cannot put packages inside doorway, they leave packages outside in the rain and for people to steal....our front door is open.....but tell them they can have overtime, they on top of that.....(EASY MONEY)

The carrier refuse to read the big sign that says " ALL PARCEL DELIVERIES AT THE DOCK." Not only that, the tracking says that it was delivered on the Front Door/Porch. Which the package was NOT DELIVERED. What a LIAR! There are cameras everywhere and yet there was NO DELIVERY!!! NO ONE DROPPED OFF THE PACKAGE PERIOD!!! If someone will help track and find this carrier accountable the tracking # is 940 550 369 930 004 639 1918.I hope they know it's a Federal Offense to steal mail.

03/19/2020 I submitted a request to send my letters addressed to 2131 N. 76 th Court Elmwood Park, Il 60707 to 1215 N. Waterman Ave 4F Arlington Hts, Il 60004. To date, within three months, I have received only ONE letter. Please bring back package of foxes in accordance with US mail regulations. Confirmations numbers:2007-9900-0045-2250. I have lived in Elmwood Park for 30 years and have never received such poor service from our local mail carriers. Lived though heavy snow, rain, and ice and always received my mail. But twice this year, I have received notes that stairs not clear. I cannot believe that mail could not be delivered because the porch had an inch of snow. Absolutely absurd. I guess the motto of delivering through rain, sleet, or snow is false.

Service getting even worse, on saturday the carrier wrote "No access to location" the 5 stairs must be too rough to climb but the rest of the mail made it

It's extremely frustrating when I am home, and there is a note on the door for a final notice, because a signature is required... This is the third time this has happened. Nobody bothers knocking or ringing my (functional) doorbell. I have been home every single time they leave a final notice without attempting to let me know. Stop being lazy, it's quite frustrating. It's really not that hard

Im really dissatisfied with our postal services. I’m tired of not receiving my mail or getting someone else’s . Sylvia is a good person, but she’s on her phone throughout route, my neighbors & I have to switch mail . Get off the phone cri your job

i have told the post office to forward my mail to Arizona address and still it is coming to the old address why?

Our mail carrier has been delivering to the wrong addresses!!! I’ve received packages that do not belong to me!! Makes me wonder if my packages are delivered somewhere else too! What’s happening to the accuracy of our postal workers? It’s very concerning.

Haven't received mail since last Thursday. I usually get some form of mail everyday. Haven't see the mail carrier either. Is there a problem?

Sad, I have to call at least once a month because they fail to pick up a scheduled pkg. I leave it right in the middle of the stairs and they step over it to get to the mail box. Why pay all this money for shipping 2-3 day priority when I have to deal with this.

My postal lady will not take my out going mail. WHY?

I have lived at my house for 19 years. I am really impressed with my postal lady. She does an excellent job and last night I saw her delivering in the cold wearing a head lamp! So glad she has been my postal lady for a great amount of time! It's nice to have her on my route!
