With all sincerity, the Orland Park Post Office is the worst operation I have ever dealt with when it comes to performing your main function and customer service.  Even before I signed up for Informed Delivery, this area had issues with late delivery; mail in the wrong slot in the cluster box, and mail in the wrong cluster box.  Your biggest screw-up was a carrier who dropped a package of medications for me on the ground, two cluster boxes before my box, and then had the nerve to send a message that the meds were in my box! A person I've never seen before brought the package to my home 3 1/2 hours later, with a photo of the package on the ground.  I brought that to the O.P. Post Office and haven't heard anything about why it happened or the discipline given to the carrier that day. Don't give me short-handed, training, and the official condescending customer service script.  It's like "Thoughts and Prayers", meaningless in solving this ongoing problem.

This post office is digusting. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. I wanted to mail a priority letter and got thete 10 minutes to closing, and I was told it can't be done since they're closing in few minutes. No other customers wete there just me. The drop box for packages is broken, the place looks like it had not been cleaned in months, garbage overflowing. What happened to this place? Is there not a manager on duty? How fo they operate.

Our mail delivery person hit the front of our mailbox two weeks ago (I have pictures), but did not advise us. Yesterday, my neighbor asked that I pick up his mail. His plastic mailbox was hit and turned at a 45 degree angle. When I got his mail, I noticed half of it was our mail. This is not the first time this has happened. I reported the mail mixup previously, when each house on our block got the wrong mail. Is there somewhere else to report this damage, etc.?
