Where is my package last time it was scanned was when it came to ur post office and doesn't show that it has left yet this was last Saturday

Had an unpleasant experience at the New Lenox post office this morning. Was sending a package to the seller, had a shipping label printed that was to be attached to the package. Postal employee refused to attached the label, had to purchase a roll of tape ($4.50) at the counter. The clerk was absolutely rude!! Will definitely use UPS or FedEx in the future.

I know it is the holidays but no ads this week and no Patriot newspaper. Not very happy

My mail carrier won’t deliver my mail because there is a car nearby. Not in front of mail box about 15 feet away from mailbox. I’ve been told that she cannot do this. But here I am with no mail for 3 days She has ample room to deliver but won’t this is ridiculous!!!

For 30 Years we have lived on North Anderson Rd. New Lenox. We received our mail with no problems every day mid morning. A few months back we started getting mail when ever and mostly after dark. Tonight it's 7:30 and still no mail. I see a mail truck in the neighborhood, but not here yet. I was informed that the route changed to accommodate new homes in the area. The way I see it the new home owners have our route and we after 30 years get who ever can cover the less important route. I do not understand how this can be fair to the people who live here, most of us for a very long time. Why can't we get our mail at a decent time.
