I am trying to contact the Manhattan IL office regarding a shipment that they say was delivered April 16th and left at or on mailbox. I never received this shipment and it would have been too big to place in mail box. Try calling...phone rings twenty times and get disconnected.

Your hours say 8:30 am to 4:30 pm yet here it is 8:50 am and you message says closed!

How is it that you can not deliver local mail. I put a water bill in the mailbox on 8/11 and got notice from the village that I have not paid my bill! This post office constantly delivers mail to the wrong location, tore up and late they should not be trusted with important things. Hence another reason you are a failing industry should just pay online and avoid late fees!
