I have been attempting to resolve an address-related issue with your office for an extended period of time, but the matter remains unresolved. Unfortunately, each interaction has been very disappointing. Several representatives have ended phone calls abruptly when I asked for their names, and no one has been able to assist me with updating our address in the system.
Your staff repeatedly told us that we were never registered with the USPS, even though we completed the registration a long time ago and received written confirmation that our address had been updated. We also began receiving mail at that address afterward. When we moved from Huntley, we submitted a request to forward our mail, only to discover later that the new address had not been registered in your system. As a result, we have been unable to receive important mail.
Every time we contacted your office, we were told the issue would be resolved and that we would receive a call back. This has never happened. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing to experience repeated delays, a lack of follow-through, and unprofessional behavior—especially from employees who are responsible for assisting the public.
Disconnecting a call when a customer requests your name is not only rude, it is disrespectful to the people you serve and to the standards of professionalism expected in your position.
I hope this message is taken seriously, and that appropriate action is taken to correct our address issue and improve the quality of customer service provided.
Thank you. I hope you have a pleasant rest of your day.
I live in wing points sub division on blue bayou . I don’t understand why we are getting sales ads that are expired already or getting wrong mail in mailbox. I got a wedding invitation that was delivered from Crystal Lake and it took five weeks to get it.
Filled out change of address form and personally handed it to the clerk at the P.O. in the middle of July this year. Moved out of state on the 21st of July this year and haven't received one (1) forwarded piece of mail. Waiting for retirement checks and other important documents.

Huntley post office - put in a request to have mail forwarded to winter home. Was expecting some mail and package for an up coming wedding. I wasn’t aware that they started forwarding 7 days before the request date. While Tracking my package, found out they didn’t forward, but instead threw away my package! So completely inept. Can’t trust them. No phone number gets you through to anyone, no email, so no help.
Had to call store and tell them post office screwed up, to get a refund. Too late to replace items for wedding.
Very very bad service especially from a blonde lady. She was very sarcastic and rude. Please do something about this. Getting packages and sending letters are very important to their recipients. The holidays is never a reson to be so unprofessional.
I came into the Huntley, Il PO to mail Christmas cards and buy stamps, (time stamped receipt). I was one of two customers. At home I discovered that I accidentally mailed a hand delivery card which had a $100 gift card in it. The envelope only had my return address and the name of the person I am delivering it to. Approx. 20 mins passed. I drove back to the PO and when my turn came I asked a blond female worker if she could retrieve it for me, By that time (4:20) is was a little busy (approx. 8 people in line). This lady proceeded to explode with anger, extreme rudeness that I would ask such a thing, how could I expect her to go through a bin of mail, and find my one letter, (the bin was less then 1/4 filled I am grateful that she found it, and all within 2 minutes. She never stop yelling at me, there were a couple of people consoling me as this PO worker continued to treat me with so much disrespect and disregard. I was shocked that she did not care who heard her or who observed her bad behavior. I'm a retired ICU nurse, we dare not treat anyone with such .out of control behavior, I wonder how long this lady has been getting away with such bad behavior, how many customers she had berated and who;s in charge?

I received my statement from Commonwealth Edison yesterday and it was a bill for December and January. I never received my bill in December. I'm sure it turned up somewhere and NO ONE ever notified me
