Thank you for coming out in less than an hour to get my package that was stuck in my mailbox! Such a quick response. Much appreciated!

I moved into my home at the beginning of the year. I officially changed my address once I moved. It has been months, and even though mail items addressed to my address specifically have my apartment #, and mailbox # on my address, it is still getting lost. My security deposit check, mail from my job (including checks), personal mail from my family, and bills have all never been delivered. I've reached out to the post office repeatedly but I haven't gotten answers or help. I need help resolving this, and correcting this issue.

I'm writing to complain about my lazy mail lady carrier who is to lazy to deliver the mail to 3 neighbors and myself because the neighbor across the street is having a party and there is no parking on that side of the street. But yet she did stop and get out to deliver a package in between the cars and was 5 ft from the mail box. Maybe she should come early before we all wake up if she's to lazy to get out of her truck.

I live in Hampshire and I haven't received a piece of mail since Monday 2/23/2015. This is the second time this has happened since I lived here it happend last year and I complained to the office and nothing happened about it. I need to be contacted ASAP!!! As I will make a formal complaint tomorrow. I know how mail should be deliverd as my uncle was a post master and my father was a letter carrier both for over twenty years. I normally would not complain but enough is enough. A luandry list of complainants rip packages, missed deliverys, lost Christmas cards, broken items delivered. I definitely need a call from someone.
