Well once again today I tried and tried and tried to call this post office this is ridiculous people need their mail we we pay these Postal Service people plenty of money for them to make sure that somebody answer the phone for the customers every once in a while I mean seriously this been three weeks I've been working on trying to get ahold of these people now just to confirm even though I got a confirmation in the mail that my change of address actually went through I have a important mail that should have been there on the 26th of April and today is May 13th

My husband went up today to renew our PO Box that is due at the end of the month and was told, "unless he has a check" he couldn't do it. I have done this before and had no issues. The lady that runs this PO is very rude and not accommodating at all. It's like a total effort to get any info from her at all. We live in St. Louis so we just want to make sure we DO NOT LOSE our PO Box.

I have been trying to get a hold of our post office for two weeks for a very important matter. It’s been busy all morning everyday for 3 days during lunch it rings as soon as they are back late may I add it rings when they return it’s busy again until the close of the day. I went in and had my husband call from the car only one person there and still a busy signal I decided to make some calls starting with 800 # until I reached the right one to complain also you can call the Carbondale office I was given the choice to go thru a different service due to the matter it dealt with animals. It’s pitiful how Lazy and worthless workers if we have an Goreville Illinois post office

When you call their phone number 800-275-8777 there is a recording stating the number has changed to 800-275-8777???? And that is it, nothing else, so how do you get in touch with these people? I paid extra for shipping on a package which delivery was supposed to be on March 8, 2018. It is now March 13, 2018 & still no package has been delivered!!!!! Someone needs to run this place who knows how!!!

I have been trying to get a package and this is the fourth time. I watched the person stop by my mail box and throw a notice in there and drive right passed with my own eyes without bothering to knock. Everytime the mail has come, someone has been home but the employee is too lazy to knock on the door and let me receive my package. We have now recieved the sign sheet in the mail and they wrote to just sign it and they'll leave the package tomorrow, which I'm sure is not allowed. They need to learn to fire bad employees!!!
