Getting really really tired of the postal service employees, throwing our packages when they deliver, I'd love to send these videos to the post master general for our area, because it's not the first time, but today had 3 packages delivered, the postal employee threw every single one and 2 of them busted open and a box was dented, I get your employees are busy and short handed but so is every where else, stop throwing packages!!!
Our postman just threatened to put us in Federal Prison for putting mail that didn’t belong to us back in the mailbox. He went crazy yelling at us and asking what we had never returned any mail (even junk) without our name on it. My husband and I are school teachers. We do not break the law, not do we appreciate our MAILMAN insinuating that we are doing so. Your mail carrier appeared to be on some kind of substance or perhaps needs therapy. We have NEVER had a mail carrier speak to us or threaten us as this one did.
Why does West Villa in Marion have mail problems. Did not pick up on Tues 26th - ads on Wed and no mail today. I met one carrier who was applying for this route - Katrina - She seemed like she was very interested to get this route. We had nice conversation.
Since Kathie Brush (Carrier 8) left, it has been really bad - sometimes late at night before mail would come.
The last 3 out of 4 months I have not received my bank statement. Of all things for the post office to be so careless with it’s this. I called and was told they can’t do anything about it. I get everyone else’s mail but not mine. I never get the important stuff. I have never seen a post office care so little about doing their job. I have been patient but after a solid year of poor delivery I feel I have a right to vent.
I’m in my mid Sixties moved to Marion two months Ago ?? I receive more mail addressed to other properties than my own , what a Joke !! I’ve spoke to people that can correct it but it hasn’t happen . Maybe the postal service needs a class quality control and reading .
Throwing packages on porch! Really is this the way to handle packages???? The item inside was Fragile and marked appropriately!!! Still she walked up a tossed the package on porch!!!!!! Sad!!!!
went to the PO in Marion, handed them the change of address, three weeks later mail is still being delivered to old address. No one answers the phone at the PO.
Had Problems Before With Lazy Rural Deliverer , Thought They Finally Fixed It But I Was Grossly Mistaken....... Had a Package For My Grand Daughter Shipped Over 2 Weeks Ago Was Supposed To Get It In 3 Days ...... Never Did ! Tracked It ....... The Package Made It All The Way To Marion Post Office and Some Inept Help Re-Routed It To Springfield For Some Unknown Reason ..... Now It’s Dec.27th and Still Haven’t Received It , Not Happy , I Suggest You Hire Help Who Can Read and Comprehend..,,.. Also They Never Never Answer The Phone ...... Thanks Simpletons.
Going to the office is fine, but trying to call the actually post office is terrible. It is now 1 o'clock and no mail to be found. I can't leave my house until the mail shows up and there nothing. Last night my mail didn't came until almost 8 pm. All I want to know is when the mail will be here.
