You can never get through on the phone. It just rings constantly until it disconnects regardless of what day or time that you call. No one ever picks up.

Sometimes I go for days without mail delivery; even though my e-mail states that mail is due that day. I have pkgs. tracking numbers which states it is at Glenwood, but either it gets lost, or we receive the packages weeks later. We still don't have a permanent postal worker. Our mail is usually mis delivered.

These are the worst carriers ever. I get everyone else mail but my own. I colplaim constantly and nothing is ever done. When calling, I am on hold for over 30 minutes trying to find my mail. The worst postal deliver service of all time is tricity out of Glenwood, IL.

Thisis the very worst postal facility. The workers fare.y deliver the mail to the correct address; in fact, neighbors frequently have to exchange mail themselves. They lose packages all the time and do not answer the phone whem one calls. The carriers themselves are horrible. Often the mail is on the ground rather than in the box. The pits!
