Today is Thursday, May 26. For the second day in a row I have gone to this location and found only one person behind the counter who has no access to the computer system. They are unable to process any transactions and could not even find a change of address written form for me. Pathetic!


I did not get a check sent to me in early November. Also did not get a thank-you card for a Christmas gift. These are just two I know of.


I don't usually put reviews online, but I have to in this case. I just got off the phone with Bennie, the nicest, most friendly person I have done business with over the phone in......................I don't know how long. He took the time to figure out what could be done with my package that had the wrong address on it. In my opinion he went above and beyond his job for me. He had been the 5th person I talked to regarding this problem and was the only one who took the time to figure things out. We need more people like him working in our post offices.
