Good luck. Employees are scanning packages marking it delivered and then saying someone stole it when you call to verify if the package was delivered. Also, post office is aware packages are always coming up missing in the area. they don’t care to ring the doorbell if people are in the area while delivering.

I haven't received my mail in weeks and filled out 2 service request. I live in 60104. What a terrible post office.

I was expecting two packages today. When I got home, there was no mail in the mailbox but when I checked the status of my packages, it said they were delivered at 6:23 pm in the mailbox. This is not the first time. We didn't receive mail Tuesday like it said on the Informed delivery site and the same thing again today no mail/packages. What is wrong with the post office in Bellwood, il?
