We lease a building at 1212 Madison. Our letter carrier is returning our mail to the sender. I tried to call the post office in Maywood but no one picked up the phone. It would be great if you could ask the office to tell the carrier not to return mail for Family of Faith Ministries at 1212 Madison.

We have not received out mail & mail on Mondays are crucial to our business. I called & spoke with someone (regret I didn't get his name) over an hour ago & he said we would have out mail within the hour. We have never had our mail come this late. we will be closing at 4:30 this is completely unacceptable. I will reach out to the Post Master General as it doesn't seem that the Maywood office cares. Package was supposed to be delivered to me on 2/10/18 and it never came. When I tried to track it it is not in the system says it was on its way to them checked shipping partners website the package was tendered to them on 2/8. It is now 2/12 and item is still not showing in their system I believe they stole my package because how does something get tendered to them then disappear and never get checked into their system.

Waiting for my walker to be delivered today. Kept going to window watching for the mailman. Went to kitchen to get water to take meds. Came back and saw mailman driving away. Checked door and notice left by the mailman, unable to deliver. He lied, never rang doorbell. I need my walker, as I am disabled. Now I have to keep waiting for them to delivery!!!!!~! Disgustig and very, very poor service!!!!
