Package sitting there day 5. Guess grandchildren will only get promises because I doubt package will ever be delivered. Get off your fat a..es and do your jobs.

Whoever runs this place and hires the dipsh!ts that work here needs to be kicked in the throat. HARD! I'll personally come do it, name the time and place. I've had enough of no accountability from this government run facility.

Who does one have to talk to in order change their program, process, quality, timeliness ANYTHING. THIS PLACE IS CONSTANTLY LOSING OR DELAYING PACKAGES!

I mailed a package from MN to Posen IL last week....This package has sat at BEDFORD PARK USPS for an entire 7 days. This is some new postal servis DeJoy has created, what a disaster!

Had a package at Bedford Park on Feb 22nd and that was the last of its existence, can't even file an insurance claim cause it says it's moving through the system. Illinois has become a $hit hole state!!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTE WORST USPS FACILITY IN THE UNITED STATES. ANYTHING THE GOVERNMENT TOUCHES GOES TO CRAP.

My package arrived at this facility (Bedford Park) Saturday Feb 3, 11:16am. l live 20 minutes away so this package should have been received the same day, however I was supposed to receive it Feb 5 by 9pm. The status was "moving through the network" since Saturday, with the other statuses being "preparing for delivery", "out for delivery" and delivered". Those have since disappeared and it it still moving through the network? wth

2 packages arrived at Bedford Park, Ill on 1/14/24 from the Federal Gov.. The were to be delivered o 1/16/24. Today is 1/19/2024 and we still have not received an no updates.

Same package sent to Bedford Park 4 times. It’s also been sent to Elk Grove Village, Il, Michigan City, IN, 2 times in PA, and Chicago. Going on 2 weeks with no delivery!

I’ve been waiting for a package that should have arrived to me by Dec. 9. It arrived in Bedford Park on Dec. 7 and all scans stopped. Finally 4 days later on Dec. 11it says it in transit to next Facility, which is mine. I am writing this on Dec. 14 and nothing more has happened. No package and no further scans.

Package arrived at the Bedford Park Post Office on 10/21/2023, 3 days after I mailed it from Wisconsin. The delivery address is only 30 miles away but it has been swallowed up by the Bedford Park Post Office for the past 12 days....never to be seen or heard from again. Unable to contact the Post Office.

My overseas package arrived at Bedford Park distribution center on October 3rd. Every day they send to tracking that they have sent to local post office. But today is the 12th. They know how to scan the tracking # every day but they can’t send it out. This is disgusting service

My package has been stuck there since 11/2/21. Called Consumer Affairs on 11/22/21. Told there would be a wait of 20 - 45 minutes or get a callback. Requested a callback, but was unavailable when they finally called back. Received a Package Research Case #. They closed the case effective 11/26/21 at 11:59 am without any further contact or explanation. This is not the first time I've had this experience. My local post office was able to help me the previous time, but nothing this time. I know postal procedures and they should be able to track each movement of this package. When my packages go to Harvey from Chicago I don't have this problem, only when they're sent through South Suburban. My next action will probably be to contact the Postal Inspectors if I don't get satisfaction by replacement or delivery of my package.

I've had two packages get stuck at this location. One has been there for 4 weeks and the other for 1 week now. Both are still stuck here, or I assume so because their tracking reports "Destination processing" in Bedford, IL. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

My package status is at this post office for 9 days. No updates in that time, no delivery. Phone number is no longer in service. What government agency has a phone disconnected? This xmas gift won't make it. USPS is still 20 years behind the times and the employees get worse and worse all the time. I've been patient, but this is inexcusable. Don't be surprised when your pension is pulled away.

My tracking days my forwarded package was sent to Bedford on May 23 , 2020 . here is no update on the tracker and I have not received my pa kage. Tried calling and the number listed is no longer working! What now??

I've tracked a package and it's been sitting at Bedford Park Post Office since June 12th. I've contacted the company that shipped the package so they sent a replacement. That too is now sitting at Bedford Park Post Office. What is going on that this facility is not being held accountable for their service?

I put mail in the post box on 87th just East of central outside US bank. I always open and close the slot after I drop it in. But the slot was stuck, I managed to see inside as it opened partially and it looked like a package was forced in. I'm worried my mail will be stuck somewhere in there as this oversized pkg is removed.

I have multiple packages that have been sitting in Bedford Park since June 2nd, I tried to retrieve them on June 5th and was told I have to wait until it gets to my local post office. Its been a week, did they decide that they aren't delivering to black neighborhoods? This is ridiculous.

We dropped off 11,000 pieces of BARCODED!!! bulk mail....and they so far have LOST it....no explanation.....MINIMAL help.... INSANITY

I mailed my rent off on January 2nd.And here it is the 10th and my Landlord said she still haven't received my rent.I mailed it off at the Midlothian post office they say the mail goes to bedford park post office to get sent out.My mail just going to Matteson Illinois.Wow!!!

I been expecting mail for week now nonthing. No knows nothing no one can’t locate sad. I left my phone number no one call back. Are there any one with some authority that can locate my mail?
