On July 9th, I deposited mail in the mailbox at state rd. & central. The mail was for a management firm in Orland Park and inside was a check. The management firm, never received the mail. On July 13, I noticed an electronic transaction in my bank checking account. The transaction was at a Walmart with electronic check #376. This was the check # that I had mailed to the management firm. It is obvious to me, that someone in the post office got the hole of this mail and executed a malicious act. Iam going to keep a close eye on mail sent thru this post office.

I was notified I had a package delivered, which it was not. Online advises to call your local post office, which is Bridgeview. I have tried numerous times but the phone rings off the hook. I paid over $100 for this package! What should I do?

I want to say that we recently have had a new postal person named Vicki. We receive our mail early (10:30-11:00) when she is on call. She is very polite, pleasant & smiles. She is vey efficient. We need more like her. Thanks for putting her on our route in Burbank. The best we have had in years.

horrible, horrible deliveries! My neighbors and I have seen the truck fly down the street without stopping! Other times leaves packages hanging out of mailbox at the street! always on a cell phone. People are waiting for checks, bills and medications. This is not right and you can never get anyone on the phone

I call myself Tony "2 times" because I seem to have to ask the Post Office ladies that Actually deliver the mail " If you wanna call it that" to actually take my letters or packages for delivery Twice if not a 3rd time. And I don't mean the male workers they know how to do their job, I am referring to the female workers the " ghetto girls", You know the ones that work part time or fill in for our usual delivery people. The ones that don't take packagers or don't take letters when they have to go out, or even though large red flags and notes are left on our post Box or our door to please take the packages or to please take the letter that needs to go out or the wrong mail that I seemed to have to redeliver and I'm not getting paid for the re delivery... If they're not going to do their job then they should be fired. I'm going to get each and every one of their names personally and I will post them here when I do. Thank you, Tony "2 times". Cause I'm always asking to deliver my mail twice.LOL!!! Actually not that funny.

The Bridgeview Post Office has the worst delivery track record of any post office I have ever seen. I have only lived in the area for about nine months, but a significant portion of my mail and packages are lost or returned to sender for no apparent reason (I'd estimate about 20%). I've had important bills and healthcare information never get to me. Most recently I didn't get a package, and the tracking info says, "Moved, left no address." Huh? They do not answer the phone (literally, it rings until it eventually hangs up), and when I have gone there (which is difficult considering they have the same hours as my work and are not particularly close to where I live), they never have the mail they failed to deliver, and employees are rude and unhelpful. Everywhere else I've lived, they've at least left a notice when they tried to deliver something so I could pick it up at the post office. With this post office's "service," they send it into limbo so I literally have no way to get obtain my own mail. And they don't care.

It is unbelievable the lack of service by the postal service. Mail and packages are being delivered to the wrong address. I do not get paid to redeliver the mail for you. I leave the mail in my mailbox and the postal person just ignores it. It has been sitting there for days. All the neighborhood postal boxes have been removed so either I have to drive to the post office or to the address. Not my job. Tried to call but it goes straight to music and you wonder why people don't use the postal service much any more. Very unreliable. I even wonder if anyone will read this or email back.

They are the worst. They need to be shut down. I will gladly pay for UPS or Fedex. Worst customer service ever. I bet if jobs are on the line the the postal workers will actually do what they are PAID to do.

Look at this webpage: Don't you have the retail hours and the Last Collection times on the wrong lines? What are the monday to friday retail hours? What are the monday to friday last collection times? I think I can figure it out, but it should be done right. In fact, it seems the hours are on the wrong lines for a bunch of other sections as well. By the way, it is 12:47 pm on 5/27/2017 and I have called the bridgeview contact phone number several times, and no one has answered. CAPITAL LETTERS, BUT NOT YELLING: IT WOULD BE REALLY NICE, ON ALL WEBPAGES, IF YOU WOULD LIST THE TIME PEOPLE HAVE TO GET MAIL TO THE POST OFFICE BY, IN ORDER TO MAKE THE FINAL DELIVERY FOR THE DAY, OUT OF THE POST OFFICE.

I am the manager at Briargate apartments in Chicago Ridge and Vicki is our normal delivery lady and she is great. I seem to have a problem with all the people that fill in for her when she is not here. Today 05.02.2017 the lady that did the delivery left a hole section on mail boxes unlocked so anyone could just reach in and grab someones mail. Most of my residents have notes on their mail boxes to leave all packages at office because we have a main walk-through from the part to the post office, village hall, police station, nicks pizza and anyone can walk through and grab packages that are just left, this why they say leave all packages at the office. 99% of Vicki's fill in's just leave packages where ever and never even come to the office. So far in the last 2 years there has been 1 girl besides Vicki who brings the packages to the office. I know my residents have called and complained about this but it dose not seem like anything is being done about it. The newer younger delivery people you have are on their phones 24/7 when i see them and are lazy and just throw things were ever. I wish I could have a job making what they made and did not have to do my job properly and not get in trouble for it.

I have been a customer at the Moraine Valley facility since 1990. The workers are always nice and friendly, even when customers are difficult. I assume that this is the result of a strong manager. This morning, a worker that I had never seen before named Kristan waited on me. I thought the manager should know that Kristan can use some additional customer service training.

Regular postman good. Others leave mail in wrong box, packages that don't belong here and I just got notice that a package was delivered and it's not here. 7201 Roberts Rd. 2S

I have had problems receiving the last 3 items I ordered. Whenever I use ups or FedEx it always comes and comes on time. My last 3 packages from USPS including one that was supposed to arrive today did not arrive AT ALL. It always says they are delivered but somehow they never reach my hands. This is the very last time I will ever use USPS if I have a choice.
