Postal Locations

Shitty supervisor named frank shitty customer service who treats their customers like shit then gets mad when their customers treat them shitty back. Blonde old hag with glasses is miserable with herself and kisses the supervisors ass, probably low key have a thing going on. By what I saw and how she flirted with him, "I ThiNk yOuR dOnE hErE fRanK hehe" right off the bat treated me like shit and threw a fit when it was reciprocated, proceeded to tell me that they aren't allowed to hold packages which is a lie,ive picked up my packages from here multiple occasions. and that they cannot give packages out.....like what????????? That's literally what you are! A carrier annex!!!! Dumbass. Then when I told him I was here the other day picking up the packages that got refused he then said they aren't allowed to do that but if they did then it "was a fall through the crack situation " then tried to tell me I was lying and that Walgreens doesn't have a pickup and drop off location even though they literally do all locations do and that if I don't live there or work there then I shouldn't be getting anything sent there and that I'm the one in the wrong Walgreens is literally a pickup and drop off location I was told by multiple employees that they received packages from FedEx ups and USPS and that's what started this whole mess is because I have been receiving my packages at Walgreens for the past 2 months now and I went to pick up a package the other day that got refused and the manager told me that they only received packages from FedEx and that I would have to go pick it up from the carrier Annex when I try to do so that's when everything happened with the supervisor name Frank who was a complete a hole who had no regard for my situation and when I tried to tell him that he's told me at least three different times that he doesn't care nor is it his problem he then proceeded a lie and tell me that he didn't say any of that and that he has a witness which is the lady that was kissing his ass who kept budding in saying I think you're done here Frank when she was the lady that handed me the package the other day even though they're not allowed to do that apparently she then proceeded lie and say that she wasn't the lady and that she hasn't been there even though it was very much the lady that handed me the package bunch of grown adults in their 50s acting like immature ass children I told him that he should update his employees on the policy since they clearly don't know it and that he sucks at his job because he very much does he also threatened me multiple times and also said that he would call the cops which go ahead Frank please do I was recording on my phone the entire time because you don't have video cameras in there to record how s***** you are towards the people that try to pick up their packages and plus you admitted to Handing out packages that you're not supposed to be handing out and consider it a fall through the crack situation in quotation is what you called it. Please do. They will also be able to verify that you said multiple times that it wasn't your problem nor do you care I made sure to get that part on video because I had a feeling that you were going to say somewhere along the lines that you didn't say that just another fat lazy supervisor that does nothing but treat customers like s*** and get paid for it

Today we have received mail for THREE different addresses. This isn't a first time thing, it's been going on for YEARS! I wonder how much of my mail is being delivered to the wrong address and I'm not receiving. I know this review will go unread, but I needed to vent!

The man at the phone was not helpful and more of a smart ass, also holding my package. I respect our mail men and women for their work but these ones at this postal service don’t respect their customers. So disappointed.

My necessary medication is sent by mail and supposed to arrive by a particular date. Post office inadvertently sent to wrong post office. I tried to speak with post office person who ridiculed me laughed at me and said indicated only paying 3.25 first class postage didnt entitle one to very much My health conditions is negatively affected not getting my medicine. He had zero caring at all. I'm a veteran who just needed my medicine. I didn't need to be laughed at and made to feel bad about my needs. Maybe if I was rich I'd have gotten better treatment.
