I am continually not receiving mail at my house where I’ve lived for 20+ years. It’s constantly being sent back to sender. The most recent one was my new drivers license. Said I don’t live there and have no forwarding address. I’ve filed two complaints this year still no mail. I try calling the post office and it rings and then hangs up. Terrible service

On August 7, 2023 I moved from zip code 97086 (Happy Valley OR) to zipcode 83651 (Nampa ID). On August 15, 2023 I put in a change of address at the post office in Nampa. I am increasingly anxious about my forwarded mail, some of which may be important. I have not received my mail for 10 days. I have not even been given a mail box at my new address, 1578 Smith Avenue Unit 1 (Nampa, 83651) This is important; I don't have a car and must have my mail delivered to my residence. Can I expect this? When? I got no answer when I tried to phone the post office.

We receive the wrong mail at least 2-3 times a week. Plus our neighbors being our mail that they received at their house 2-3 times a month. There has been 2 times in this year that I get emails saying something is arriving that day and it never shows up. This is the worst mail service we have ever seen. One last thing is my mailbox has been left open almost everyday. It is pretty new since the house is new but the postman should make an effort to make sure it’s closed.

Absolutely the laziest P.O. carriers in existence. Half the time they don't bother to deliver the mail. Had something out since 8 am, they never bothered to come by today, so thanks, now it will be late.

Government run agencies are so expensive and so unprofessional. I am expecting a package and it was suppose to arrive yesterday. We kept watching for it, but it never came. I checked the tracking and it said that the post office had tried twice to deliver it but could not. Now, we were home at the times they gave for their attempt. No one rang a doorbell, (it is very loud and our dog always barks). They also claimed to have left me instructions on how to get my package, no instructions. I have tried to call but after about 30 rings, they hang up on you. You cannot get ahold of them to find out what to do. It is so frustrating and quite frankly, they don't seem to care at all! If they did, they wouldn't say they had tried to deliver the package when they did not, and they would answer their phone and help you.

To whom it may concern, We have had two deliveries from your carriers recently. We ordered a book of stamps from you online. The carrier left the stamps outside our garage door instead of our front door. We were unaware of the delivery and had no reason to leave the house this weekend and when we finally checked our mail we discovered our stamps in the middle of our driveway soaking wet. Our second delivery was an advent calendar which was jammed I to our mailbox instead of being left at our door. The advent calendar was extremely damaged and we were forced to order another one. We are very disappointed with these recent deliveries and hope that you will do something to change this in the future. Sincerely, Robert W. Strauser 2707 Sugar Cane Drive Nampa, ID 83687

I paid the 1.05 to change my address last year. They tell me that my mail forwarding has expired when I never signed up for mail forwarding. Ended up getting important tax documents sent back to sender. It just wants me to renew mail forwarding every year what is the point in changing your address? The only contact info they have is through email now and that is unavailable.

So I read these reviews and I agree with these ooor united state citizens, there should be an investigation on to why our mail isnt delivered, I myself have proof it was supposed to be delivered when in fact it was Not, my package is part of a collection and I will pursue with an action if not received in 24 hrs. If you employ criminals then I guess you should do a better job during the hiring process. Or lazy people, I've read in news that usps employees in other states have lost their jobs and have charges against them. I hope you all read this cause youve hung up on me three times. Federal crimes are not games

You folks keep sending my mail to 2009 S. Kona Ave., Nampa, ID 83686. My address is 2209 S. Kona Ave., Nampa ID 83686 I have to go to that address and pick up my packages, because a mail carrier can’t tell the difference between 2009 and 2209. Please fix this. As I am tired of getting my butt chewed by an angry neighbor down the street. Thank you!

For some reason my mail person will not pick up my mail. I get mail on top of mail to be picked up, but since Friday, Saturday and now Monday my bills were still not picked up. Why? You are making my bills late! Tried to call but no one answers and I see many other people tried calling and got no answer. Why do you have a phone number listed if you don’t answer it?

Hello, my name is Brandon and I am the assistant manager here at Ridgecrest Commons here in Nampa. The regular mail lady that runs this route is super awesome and friendly and we are grateful for her service. There is one issue that I would like to bring to your attention and that is the larger mail boxes for packages. Seems that the tenants are not getting the right key to open the right box to get there package. Which has created frustration to which we cant resolve. What would be the best approach to get this fixed

Third time since Sat - 1 package from Sat and 2 today - a package has been delivered tot he wrong box. I guess the numbers on the side of the mailbox and the black ones on the face of a gray house are not visible enough? I'm sure one of my neighbors will be kind enough to return today's delivery to me as they did for Saturdays, but this is getting ridiculous. No issues before now and all of a sudden the carrier can't find the correct box? New person? Lack of attention to detail? Guess I will have to make a trip to the annex and start collecting my mail from there.

HI, I just received me mail in my mailbox & a magazine that I order, was folded in half in my box. Upon pulling my mail out of the box, I unfolded my magazine and the entire back page is torn in half and missing, and the front looks like it has been folded for sometime. How on earth would this happen? I am very irritated about it, and whomever was careless with my mail/magazine today -- July 24, 2020. I wanted to let someone be aware of this, as I have paid for these magazines already. Thank you.

I have tried calling 5 times this morning to report a jammed drop off box at 407 12th Ave in Nampa. The phone rings and rings and finally drops off. I then tried to fax them a message 4 times, each time the fax failed to go through. This is outrageous!! What horrible customer service.

I just called and got it answered in about 3 rings with a very pleasant man who had to give me another number for what I wanted to do and that was only 1 ring when another nice man answered and took my info and I trust that they will do the right thing. Maybe, someone needs an attitude adjustment. "You can catch bees with honey." So be nice and maybe you will get nice.

THE USPS is a government business so quit your crying about they dont pick up the phone or didnt deliver my vibrater and adult diaper on time. If you want service then pay extra and ship UPS but the post office really cheap so dont cry when you wrote fragile on the box and think they care. They dont care and neither do I but they get the job done and your order or fat free edible panties will show up rain or shine and you dont have to tip them or be nice but they deliver.

I was left a " sorry i missed you " notice from the Nampa post office, which stated that postage was due to the amount of $1560. 2 packages from amazon each costing $780. I tried to call the Nampa post office, but no one will answer the phone. I finally called the main USPS number and talked to the fraud department who transferred me to the supervisor at the Nampa office who informed me that the amount was supposed to be $15.60, there was no decimal point on the form. Then i asked him why no one answers the phone over there, this is where is started to get defensive, stating they answer the phone all day, i told him i have been on hold for 25 minutes there this time,i hung up after a long period of time last time, because someone did not even answer the phone, but just put me on hold. He did not apologize he continued to sound defensive. This is terrible customer service! There is comment after comment on here about no one answering the phone there. I guess if you want Nampa post office to answer the phone, you call the main number for USPS and talk to the fraud department and they will transfer you to the supervisor. I suppose this is one of those government jobs that you can get away with being rude to the customer.

When the mail lady delivers a large envelope that says "do not bend", guess what she does. Folds it in half and shoves it in my mailbox. She did this to my college diploma 3 years ago and now she did it yesterday to a certificate. They are both items id rather not have all jacked up. Thanks a bunch USPS.

Nampa Post Office is for the birds. I mailed a package to Pa. When the man weighed it and put a stamp on it saying how much it cost, he clicked on the wrong button, wrong street, and an empty house, left it somewhere, and now they can find the package. The house was sold about two months, and they didn't know, that no one was living there. Where did all the rest of the mailed that was supposed to be delivered to that address? And what happen to my package. It was their fault for not paying attention to their job. I would say they are a lazy bum's. And now they are trying to say it was my fault and gives me the runaround. They should pay me for the contents and shipping costs, but no one will talk to me.

I am just wondering how our mail carrier gets away with delivering the mail up till 8 pm at night? I live in the Happy Valley Trailer Park. Is it because she takes 2 hours lunches or she runs personal errands? Have seen her do both. Not wanting to get her fired, just want her to do her job.
