We are suddenly missing mail this month. A bill from Travelers Auto Insurance as well as a renewed Drivers license. Neither have been returned to sender. Travelers was sent in April and DMV on March 29, 2024 Locate and bring to me please. I do not believe they were taken from my mailbox. It is quite inconvenient and expensive to drive to DMV and AAA to deal with this issue.

There is a posting from 5 months ago about the Marigold office and their negligence regarding the wearing of masks. I was at this post office today and people are still entering without wearing a mask. An employee with a beard had a mask which was not covering his nose and mouth properly in every respect. USPS employees should be wearing masks properly to avoid risk to clientele and other staff members. If this is not corrected I will be contacting the Department of Health.

The Post Falls Branch keeps losing packages. On Nov. 10th I received a notice I had a package. They finally found it on Nov. 24th. The same happened on Dec 7th and was found Dec.17th. I got a notice Jan. 6th and they still can't find the package. This happens all the time but I didn't start keeping track until Nov. Last year they Lost my son's meds. from the VA for exactly one month. Don't know where else to send this. Please give to the head Postmaster.

I'm traveling overseas for months and have my mail held for my PO box at the 13th street Post Office while I'm gone. I want to buy more silver coins while I'm gone like I have done many times before that are shipped by the company insured and I pick them up. In my abscense I want to know if a small shipment of coins will be safe and locked into a secure place until my return or just sit out in the open?

Why did the post office on Marigold (Garden City) have a sticker over the word "required" that said masks were "recommended"? When I called an inquired about it, they removed the word "recommended" so it now says "required". What kind of federal employee does that? Why are they still employed there? (I have pictures if you need them.) Also, people routinely walk in without masks and get waited on like there is no problem at all. How can we stop a pandemic when I can't even safely go to the post office?

Trying to get a postal customer put in jail? It was bad enough that I had to spend 6 MONTHS to get the carrier to stop delivering, redelivering and continuing to deliver mail from previous residents of my apartment, even with me crossing out the address, writing RETURN TO SENDER on such things as IRS Official mailings for a company, W2 forms, catalogs for ordering things for past residents that do not have "or Current Resident" or other such statement on them. Some of the IRS Official mail was tracked. Six months to get them to stop delivering their mail even with the current resident's names and variations placed in the mail box. What did I get from the only supervisor that is ever at the mail center? I'll call the carrier. Amazingly, it did not work until I wrote a nasty gram to the carrier. It was as if they do not care to do their job in somewhat of a smarter way. The latest one that prompted me to have to go to the Boise Postmaster was finding my medications that I have to get by mail sitting in the unlocked large parcel box of our mail boxes. Add that with children in the area and who would end up in jail for the carrier's inability to do their job? Would it be them? Not with my name on all the bottles and the package. When I go to complain I'm met by the same supervisor with the same excuses as above. When I tell him I want to speak with his supervisor I'm told that, again, he is not around. I try to get a hold of the Postmaster for all of Boise to register a formal complaint, I get the same treatment. Just to be crystal clear, this is not the first time that I've had a package left in that large parcel box and the box left unlocked. Thankfully it was a tracked package and I received notification it was delivered. Not so with my medication. I'm tired of things like this happening. It is a blight to the Postal System. I will be sending a letter to let the Postmaster know how angry I am about this. This could have landed ME in jail for the carriers' inability to do their job.

I am trying to track a package and I do not have the tracking number. I do know where and when I shipped the package but I cannot get anyone at the Main Post Office on the phone! So frustrating!

I hope this is the right venue for speaking my concerns. For over 6 months at my address (2016 S Columbus st., Boise I’d 8305) i’ve received mail addressed to some else’s address. I’ve noticed that someone has complained about the same issue. For the past week i’ve noticed that our mailman has had to stop at each house to deliver mail as a result. However, he still delivered a package addressed to someone else other than address (2116 S Columbus st). I haven’t complained about it until now. To think that he has to stop at each persons house to deliver mail because of past delivery problems, to still deliver to my house for someone else is not acceptable. I’m not trying to get anyone fired., etc. but, this is ridiculous. To think that USPS came up with a solutiong to fix the problem (i.e. stopping at every address to deliver mail), and he still is delivering to me some else’s mail is not acceptable. You need to do something. I will deliver the package to 2116 Columbus st myself to make sure the person gets his package.

I wanted to notify the S. 13th Boise location that their outside drive-thru box was overflowing, with letters coming out of the slot at 11:15 am today. Was not able to get through on any of the phone lines to talk to a real person, unfortunately, to alert them to this problem. All voicemail boxes were full, too! On another note, I have visited this location multiple times and have always found the clerks friendly and helpful! My home mail delivery is great - I don't have anything bad to say about the wonderful postal workers, only great praise.

My Brother is a heart transplant recipient. Our carrier placed his life-saving meds in our neighbor's mailbox. He needs to take the anti-rejection meds every 12 hours. We were looking for the package and his supply was running out. He is lucky that a neighbor from another street came over and delivered the package. A simple random act of kindness that relived a mountain of stress. PLEASE, take extra care to make sure the medical packages get to the right address. I this day of age where we have to receive medications through the mail, they arrive in a plastic envelope and you can hear the pills in the bottles. Again, PLEASE take extra care.

My carrier keeps putting the old residents mail in our mail box and takes days to take it out of our mail box. We have asked them to stop putting their mail with ours and they keep doing it.

I have the absolute WORST example of a mail carrier. She has assaulted my roommate, repeatedly returns mail she doesn't think I need to get and I have evidence that she has been stealing packages. Plus, no matter how many times I physically tell her and leave notes she delivers mail for people who have never lived here. I'm sick of this. How hard is it to deliver the correct mail to me?
