I have had great experiences with this post office. Every time I have stopped in or called in for assistance, I have always been greeted with kindness and an attitude of helpfulness. I appreciate so much that I can actually call the number and have a real live person answer the phone and patiently assist me with my needs. Keep up the great work Waukee Post Office :)

Both of you are absolutely correct. They have "delivered" multiple packages to me ... and they're never there. I cannot stand for this kind of laziness.

John - your right on the money on that one. Happened to me also but I didn't let her get away with it, I tracked her down while still doing her route to get my cert. letter with a gift card in it. #red faced postal worker :)

If you want a delivery sent to you via Priority Mail Express, don't bother. The Waukee P.O. will leave a slip in your mailbox indicating......Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)......so you will have to go to the post office and pick it up yourself. I guarantee that they are to lazy to get out of their truck and walk to your door so you can sign for your package. My wife and I had been waiting for this package with email updates en-route, we were home and did not hear the doorbell or knock on the door.
