Package was paid for to be overnighted, and when it was delivered it said it needed payment however it was paid for. It was my daighters diabetic supplies and now she’s without it for 2 days. Not acceptable!!!!!

My mail was put out before noon but never picked up Friday, November 4th. 119 Belleview Rd. Waterloo. It’s almost 3:00 today, Saturday, and mail has been out all day. I hope a postal carrier will pick it up today (my bills may be late and I will be penalized).

Trying to locate a 1st class piece of mail. May be in dead letter has 2 checks in it and a birthday card going to Cedar Rapids Ia 52405 From Wesley IA 50483 5-23-22 NO ONE IN WATERLOO where mail is sorted. no one will answer a phone, mail box full so can't leave a message.
I also had 2 International pieces going to UK same date 5-23-22 Red Poinsettia STAMP one was received 5-30-22 the other never arrived. Originally these 3 pieces were mailed out of Wesley IA 50483...to Mason City....to Waterloo for sorting. None returned to me... 2 not received by recipients. written return addresses. So are they gone forever ? to no one?

Have called in several times over the past few weeks with no answer. Why have a number you can call if no one is willing to pick the phone up. Trying to not receive the mail of old residents of my home should not be this hard.

Filled out an address change form. We get some mail delivered to our new house, some to our old house, some that never shows up, and some that goes to a different town. And no one answers their phone.

I have only gotten mail 3 times since Feb 1st on Fay Street. I've never seen such a poor service. This is crazy, I've never missed a day of mail in 20 years in Cedar Falls or Janesville.

Our neighborhood has not had a mail truck in our area since Wednesday. I also am tracking 2 packages that arrived at the post office on Thursday - 1 was accepted Friday and the other has not been noted as accepted. What is going on at the Waterloo post office?

50702. 2220 Easton Ave. Mail not picked up or delivered for two days. We are a business. This is a necessity. 50701 Lichty Blvd. Very spotty pick up or delivery. Sometimes three days no service. Very confused as to the service issues.

We are also having issues with getting our Mail in south Waterloo. Several days a week we don’t get mail delivered or picked up. Last week I had several pieces of Mail in the box with the flag up and it didn’t get picked up or received anything. This just happened again yesterday. Also the Mail is getting delivered later and later at night. The usual guy that delivers are Mail really needs to get it together, he will deliver are Mail then 30 minutes later he will come back and deliver something else! Unorganized.

I need to lodge a complaint against my mailman. I have the USPS Informed Delivery app and I was to receive 3 pieces of mail yesterday and 2 today. I HAD NO MAIL AT ALL!! I am continuing to mail for other people and wonder who is getting mine! This is unacceptable. He, I believe Doug is his name, has a real problem with numbers and names. This has been going on for months and months. Can we do something to resolve this problem?

I’ve haven’t been getting mail for months and when I do it’s super late. So I went down to the post office to have my mail put on hold so I can pick it up there and see if maybe someone is taking it out of my mailbox. So I come into the post office to pick up my mail cuz I have the app that says that you have mail and when I come down they say oh we don’t see nothing for that address or name and I’m like how the hell don’t you. I got a email saying you scanned my mail in for the day. So how don’t I have mail. Starting to think I need to get the Cops involved maybe that will get them finding my mail.

Why is my mail delivered at 8:30pm? I use to get it around 3pm and I leave for work at 4:30 PM. I don't like my mail left overnight.

Hi. My package was delivered today. 12-28-20. It was left in the package locker. When I tried to retrieve my package, the key is not opening the locker. It would be nice if someone could get my package from the locker and leave it at my door. This would be nice.

The post office lost my package, say it was delivered but I never received it. Either it was delivered to the wrong locker or he put it in someone else box, I am extremely pissed. I went down and talk to someone and they told me someone should contact me the same day it’s been 24 hours and I still haven’t heard anything. I am pissed! That was my son Christmas clothes, and it’s been over 3 days still haven’t seen or heard anything. They are very unorganized and unprofessional and I will be filing a claim or requesting my money ASAP! Don’t get any mail processed through this company if you can

We recently moved to 3119 Franklin Street Waterloo 50707. In the last week, we have had the following happen....a package was left on top of the mail box and tonight a box was jammed in; neither of these are acceptable. Our Saturday mail carrier does a wonderful job and will walk packages to our door and ring the door bell, even with a limp she walks the packages.
Please inform the weekday carriers to bring our packages to our door, if they're too big for our standard sized mail box.

Completely unacceptable. 95% of USPS workers are the best they get.
5% (just like our nation's cops <<pry only just 1% for them) literally spoil almost the entire system.
I ship on ebay and ship bout 50 items/packages a month give or take with USPS,
Dec. 1st and then 2 packages on the 2nd all go missing after having gone from Jesup or Independence n reach n get scanned into the WATERLOO IOWA location. That's 3 Priority mail packages within 2 freaking days. Maybeeee im jumping the gun here... but once a package sits at only one city and specificly just at the 1 destination point within a specific city n then hasn't been updated usually within 24 (cause for concern) <<not usually an issue ever there tho.
48 hours (red flag) sit tight though its the holidays and we got a pandemic...4+ days though? (3 packages currently are days 7 & 8 no update on shipping status. Then those have been 'lost' which means ""stolen"" if happened after packages reached and after getting scanned by some USPS employees in waterloo (possibly actually more than 1 bad employee there to have this happen to 3 different USPS Priority Mail packages within 24 hrs.

I am contacting you to request that the MAIL SORTING MACHINES be RETURNED to the POST OFFICE. Instead of sitting inside a garage. It makes sense that this machine can sort more mail FASTER than a person! Than our mail can be delivered faster. Now we have mail PILING UP. It is taking LONGER for my PRESCRIPTIONS and PACKAGES to get here! RETURN the MAIL SORTING MACHINES please! Thank You!

some of our mail was found two blocks away that was post dated 6/11/20. We have different mail carriers every day and today 6/18 the mail is still not here and it is 4:05pm when we close at 4:30. We are a business and having our mail with checks and bills laying in someone's parking lot is unacceptable.

I have informed delivery and have not gotten my mail for two days. I called today but no one is answering the phones to tell me why. Our Mail carrier is working so why am I not getting my mail? I have two pieces that need attention this month that we’re to be delivered yesterday and today. You won’t, can’t get Covid 19 by answering the phones to explain why.
