I mailed a birthday card for a friend from Cedar Falls P.O. on October 5th, 2022. Today is Thursday, Nov. 3rd, 2022. It only needed to go to Waterloo!!! It looked horrible. I mailed bills from there also, and they were way late, so it affected my payment being late & I am always early paying my bills. Very very frustrating!!!!!!!

Lowell Elementary is in the temporary location of 3712 Cedar Heights Drive. The mailperson is not coming in to see if we have mail for delivery. My co worker complained earlier in the week about how the mailperson leaves the mail outside the door and misses on our mail that needs to be mailed.
The mailperson yesterday said for us to put a sign in the window to let him know when we have mail to pick up well I did this morning and he never came at all to check.
We are a business and we deserve better treatment than we are getting . They are not friendly and seem irritated when they have to come in.
Please, we need our mail picked up/and not left outside either we would like it walked in.

Getting packages delivered by usps has been an issue lately. If its a box, it will get set my door in the snow and get the box wet! I also ordered an 8 x 10 photo and it said on the envelope "do not bend." I have to message my fiance at work when i get notified that a package comes to please get it inside asap so that its not ruined. I mean come on here is it too much to ask that the postal workers take care of my things? Im starting to not trust them with my stuff.
I live over on the west side of Cedar Falls, and we have locked mailboxes. I have called the CF phone number three times and told them my keys no longer works in the lock. John assured me someone would come out and replace the lock and leave a key at my home. It's been over three weeks since I've been able to get any mail!
We have not had mail delivered for the past 4 days. The weather may have been part of the reason, but our mail box is plowed out and should be easily accessed by our carrier. The mail truck goes by but it does not even attempt to stop at the mail boxes on Lone Tree Rd Cedar a Falls. When can we expect our mail delivered?
my mail delivery on Butler Rd is becoming later and later, to the point I can't get it until the morning. that is not right, and is probably due to the subsidized package delivery for amazon and others.
also, when I do get some packages, they are stuffed so much into my mailbox I cannot get them out, and need to find a way to break the packages so I can extract them from my mailbox. not acceptable
I will wait to get any response before contacting others.
I do not want to focus on any individual mail carriers, all seem nice and doing what they need to, so
I would like to know where my mail is going to. Both Century Link and TCM Bank said they have not received a payment since June and the checks have not gone through the bank either.
I work at a local CF business and most of our mail comes to our PO box and is delivered by courier. A non-local business used our physical address and a certified letter was delivered. Your courier was rude and actually scolded me on how we don't publish our address correctly for certified letter delivery. I was so extra nice to him despite his rudeness and assured him I would look into it.
Our mail lady just drove right past our street even had to reverse the street up because she missed a mailbox, we have four packages that are being delivered. Very unhappy because she is in such a hurry and we have bills in the mail we are waiting for.
