Report them to the Federal level. The address and phone number is available on line and in the phone book. I did this and they DO respond.

Hello, I have been calling your location but no one seems to be answering the phone. My issue is not with you, it's with my sender. In November I placed an order with foreign company and after going back and forth, I got a notification that it was delivered in February to an address in Marion, IA I emailed them told them I wanted my money back and they in turn said they were sorry and would expedite another one asap. On May 1, 2023, I received notification it was delivered, again to an address in Marion: "MARION, IA 52302, Delivered, In/At Mailbox -> Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:00 am on May 1, 2023 in MARION, IA 52302". The tracking number is LN916433600CN Is there anyway at all this package can be retrieved and sent to my correct address in NJ? Thank you for your time

Does anyone know If the US Postal Service has an online damage claim form? I have been searching the website and can't seem to locate a form where we can report a letter carrier knocking down our mailbox. The only form they provide is a claim for lost or damaged mail parcels. An eye witness saw the letter carrier hit the mailbox with the truck & then get out and try to stick it back in the ground, then shrugged it off and drove away. There was no note or apology, which is what I would say is the best and first course of action when damage is done. 😡

I can't believe that postal carriers think it's acceptable to bend magazines, calendars and pictures in half. It hasn't been once or twice, or even a few times. It's gotten so bad that I have my magazine sent to my parent's so that they can be read properly. Additionally, I CONSTANTLY get a neighbor's mail. Are the carriers even high school educated? I thought we learned how to read in elementary school!!!

I'm curious.... Is the first task you do in the morning when you come to work - Take your phone off the hook? I've tried calling about 20 times today regarding a notice I received in my mailbox from you and continually get a busy signal. This happened to me once before with the exact same result. Incredible!
