Confirmation #WEC320504386 At 9:10 pm on July 8th I filled out the request form for package pickup. There were 11 packages that were to be picked up on the porch during normal route hours on July 9th. I finally looked in my mailbox at 6:30 pm to find my mail had been delivered but the packages secured in a bag (due to rain) in visible sight was still waiting to be picked up. I got in my car and headed to the mail post office (takes mail until 7:00 pm) What was the point of requesting pick up ??? I was surely disappointed today Nancy Kee

My package hasn't moved in over a week. Unable to reach an actual person via the 800 number or the local office number, website says I can't file a claim. Unacceptable.

A package was supposed to be delivered today. I got a notice they could not deliver it. I live in a secure building with a keypad to call me and I will let them in. I got no call. I am handicapped and this is NOT acceptable. This isn't the first time. I am not happy. Plus you do not have a physical customer service??? Get it together.

Post office will not answer calls during there posted business hours, they will not deliver packages on time, and there is no customer service AT ALL. Wish we could just do away with them, and go through shipping companies, at least they answer the phone.

I was in your office last evening with Christmas cards to mail. Some were stamped and were mailed. Tried for 15 minutes to purchase stamps for rest of my cards and a red light came on. I must have left them lying on counter because I am unable to find. If anyone found them will you please let me know. My return address was Mrs. Joe (Bettie) Anton, 3035 English Glen Ct. condo 8, Marion, Iowa. 52302 I prefer mailing them from your post office. Do not like Marions Post office. Thank u.

For some reason my mail person does not like to come to my mailbox every day.. I have important letters to go out .... this is not the first time.. it's been several times...I'm on 8th ave.. s.w.. pretty shitty mail sits in box for 2 days.... rant over...

This is not a review. I am trying to get help finding a package that was delivered from New York to Cedar Rapids Iowa. It was sent from my son's work and there is no tracking number. This package was sent on November 5th 2019 . As of today the 15th of November I still have not received. I have had so many new carriers and now on many days they are delivering in the dark.I have received mail other than my own and always see that the rightful owner gets it.I am not certain that it has been mis delivered ,but if it has shame on this person for keeping. Is there any way that I can find this package or find where it was delivered by mistake or is my son and myself out the cost of package and the mailing expense of mailing? I would appreciate a response.Thank you

the new hours are very inconvenient. Monday thru Friday I have to ask for the mail. On Saturdays I have to wait until 9 a.m. when the lobby opens to get the mail. This morning it was almost 10 a.m. when I got it and I don't know how much we didn't receive because they were still sorting it. If we had gotten a pile of mail like we sometimes do on Saturdays, I would not have had time to process it all and get to the bank before they closed.

I live ar 2611 Iris Ave NW. I saw the mail truck coming up the opposite side of the street at 6:00 PM . Did they decide not to finish the rout because we no mail which very unusual. And if you are not going to deliver the mail why don't you put that information out.

Mailed a package from Naperville,IL to Clive, IA 50325 on 3/21/2017 tracking no 13161940000032795135 The package was mistakenly sent from Des Moines to Coralville IA because the worker at the Post Office in Des Moines sent it to the wrong C, Coralville instead of Clive. Clive is a suburb of Des Moines. Now the tracking shows the package is on route to cedar rapids as the destination. What is going on, can't the people at the post office read the name of the destination town plainly printed in English? The package is insured and when I called Coralville I was told that the package was mis-delivered to their location and is being redirected to Clive, Ia. But the tracking shows the package being mis-directed again to Cedar Rapids. I would like to know when I can expect the package to reach Clive, IA 50325 if that is not too much to ask

Lost Mailings: My November 2016 mortgage payment to Hills Bank, Hills, Iowa, mailed on October 24, 2016, was never received by Hills Bank. I called and had them make another payment from my checking account on October 3rd. I've also sent several birthday cards, plus a sympathy card that never reached the intended recipients. These mailings were all made at the Lindale Mall Postal Service inside mailbox. What's the problem here? Any other reports of "lost mailings"? I'm really concerned.....
