I've tried dozens of times over the last two days to get a piece of mail ( package) rerouted from my old address to my new address but nobody wants to answer the phone. These are medical supplies I need but the United States Postal Service is to BUSY to be bothered to answer the phone for TWO days. Your over paid........

Does all mail from Altoona, IA go to Pleasant Hill, IA to be sorted and delivered? Even if going to Altoona addresses?
