Ever since the covid stuff our mail delivery has been marginal at best. Today the website says my package was delivered to my garage. Funny thing is that you cannot get to my garage unless you have the combination to open my gate. 6" address on my wall, how could they miss? Last time they gave our mail to a house 3 houses down from us. What's going on Waianae Post Office.

My mail come in 4 days late. And on top of that my mail was tampered with. You know what you could get for tampering with my mail? I'm not a person to play with. Give me my mail on time or I will have the big guy talk to u. Mahalo

Everytime i have a package that suppose to be delivered it always never gets delivered on time or they deliver my package to the wrong address. Last time i waited at my mailbox all day so it wont be delivered to another address only for the mailman tell me i have no packages. Only after calling the office and having to follow the mailman with my car only then i got my package. Everytime i call the waianae office they never answer the phone for over half an hour. Worst experience ever. All i want is my packages being delivered to my house especially if i paid for the expedited shipping. I know people make mistakes but mostly every package they have problems delivering it?? Seriously??? I even tried and asked them if i could pick my package up in the morning at the office so they wont deliver my package to the wrong house and they said they cant hold it for me at all. I would need to purchase a PO box. Seriously? Its not my fault you keep messing up on delivering packages.

I’ve been holding for over an hour now and still waiting. Really their closed already guess their not picking up. So sad the carriers don’t know even how to do their job. My mail is in the neighbors box really. When you hire please make sure they know how to read and do their job right before putting them on the front line. And to make it worst I have the names written down in my box to make sure the right mail goes in there. Get it right.

I have been calling throughout the day to see if I can handle a situation over the phone but no-one is answering. Why post a phone contact if you do not intend on answering it? Reviewed on 5/26/2014.

Waianae Post Office is a very busy place, lines are a common sight. I guess since they are so busy, they do not realize that several shrub hedges and 5 trees that stand in parking lot has not show any life for several years. Maybe Waianae Post Office is hoping if the do not come back to life that they will naturally turn into mulch.
Hope they will clean it up soon. What a sight.
