I received an email and text notice that USPS attempted a delivery to my address at 67–2 24 Niumaloo Pl., Wailua, HI 96791 at 6:34 this morning 7/11/22. I was awake and did not see or hear anyone attempting to deliver my package. And no notice was left in my mailbox. You have indicated that my mailbox was full. This item would not fit in a mailbox. Please call me and let me know when I can pick up this package or if I can pick it up. Cell number is 808-542-3192. This is James Covell.

We wish the deoivery person would give a beep on his or her vehicle horn. It is bad when we have NO idea as to an arrival of mail unless we go out again and again to check the box...sometimes after dark. I have tried and tried to call the phone number listed and somehow, no one answers. Frustrating!!

The Postal Carrier named "Gary" is the best. He always says hi when he sees either me or my wife, and even delivers packages right to our door if they are too large to fit in our mailbox. He always has a smile and happily answers any questions we may have about post office policies. I'm sure everyone on his route feels the same way. Gary enjoys his job, and it shows. It would be great if all postal carriers were more like Gary. On Mondays a different carrier delivers our mail, but he has a different (or more accurately indifferent) attitude and personality. I sense that he doesn't like his job and would rather be somewhere else. Please don't let Gary retire anytime soon. He's a keeper.

Have had issues with packages. They arrive destroyed. Also given the wrong package when picking up my mail from the post office.
