This post office has the most poor costumer service ever, (you should not be refusing the right for someone to pick up there check money that is worked hard for without any issues) bills need to be paid and many more but Laie post office is just the worst don’t know how to treat people and always giving disrespect!

Today is Wednesday, 06/09/2021. We have not had service for two consecutive days, Monday & Tuesday (6/7/212 & 6/8/21). Our mail deliveries and out-going mail is extremely important. It would have been nice to get some kind of notification so we could have arranged pick up of incoming mail and drop off of outgoing mail!!! Our regular carrier is not delivery and substitute is filling in. Delay of delivery expected and customers should have been notified. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I just want to say that it is really nice to be able to look up local post office numbers instead of having to talk to someone thousands of miles away on a national number, who really doesn't know. Well done!
