I called to find out why I haven’t received my medication that the tracking number said was delivered to my mailbox on Monday (Labor Day) At 3:38 pm. The postal worker said she would look it up and return my call which never happened. I really can’t believe how trivial this was treated especially when it was medicine that I needed to sustain my health. You should really review your SOP’s at this post office. I’m Very disappointed as I still don’t know where my meds are. I thought the post offices were closed on Federal holidays? Are the postal workers Gun decking delivery dates and times? I will be following up on this as I’m pretty confident they won’t be. Robert
