Lost my id in the mail and they said there is no way to keep track of FEDERAL MAIL. These guys are a branch of the same federal government that issues id's and they have no way of keeping track. Way to go great job guys keep up the great work.

My package was marked as “DELIVERED IN/AT MAILBOX” on 11/20/2021 @ 1:59pm YET that was not the CASE! Our home security system shows that the mail man came around 10:15am not 1:59pm. This is the 2nd time it has happened...what is going on?

Geri is our regular letter carrier (Kalali St.) and is excellent, accommodating and most considerate of our mail. Her backup, Katherine, however needs to be retrained on her customer service. She appears so disinterested in her job and disgusted when spoken to. I asked to get the mail instead on placing in the mailbox and her reaction was to firstly ignore me and when asked again, she begrudgingly handed it to me. If only there was competition, the USPS will not survive with these type of employees.

I wanted to tell someone about how I have been impressed with the staff at the Kaneohe, HI USPS office. Specifically, Davin - who tried to help me with my two requests. Although, he could not resolve my requests, he was empathetic and offered excellent customer service. Very refreshing as I just moved back from the mainland and had never used a PO Box before. Even though he didn't directly resolve my requests, he gave me alternatives to them. He took the time to follow up with Bill, who has helped me before and I was equally impressed with his professionalism. Often times, employees like these guys don't get the recognition they deserve for efficient, quick and personal service. Please thank them and let them know, patrons of the Kaneohe Post Office appreciate them. Mahalo from a local girl coming back home.

Today on January 26th at 5:45pm my package was marked as “Derived by front door or porch” YET that was not the CASE! I’m very annoyed because it contains my very expensive important item for my company that I need. Out of everything that I ordered off of Amazon why did this package have to be the very one that was delivered WRONG!!!!!! NOT TO MENTION! The fact that 1. Our regular AMAZING mail man wasn’t here today and replaced by a female new mail lady. 2. She brought up one of my packages that was scanned AT THE SAME TIME as my other box. So that indicates to me that SHE did not take it out of her truck or delivered it to another house. WHAT DO I DO IN THIS SITUATION?!? Help?!?!? I need my box like YESTERDAY! THANKS!

USPS delivery truck repeated rips up my grass fronting the street on Mikiola Drive by "burning" rubber on the grass with pedal to the metal driving to go30' to the next mail box. It takes months for the grass to recover and then it happens again...and again. I've left notes in my mailbox for the carrier so I'm sure he is aware, but it keep recurring. NO CLASS, NO CARE USPS! I've left my phone number on the note, but no call, no apology, nothing!

Regular mail delivery was on point back in the days; usual delivery was around mid-morning. Nowadays, it’s gone downhill. Today for example, Oct 12, 2019. It’ll be 3 p.m. by the time I post this and mail still hasn’t arrived. It’s still “out for delivery” since 8:40 something this morning. Very disappointed. Gone are the good old days of timeliness.

Tonight June 4, 2018 I appointed to purchase a forever stamp card of 10 stamps for $5.00. I used my debit card and the machine completed the money transaction, HOWEVER, the machine did NOT produce the stamps !! I looked every place on that machine that had areas of access marked, stamps NO, labels NO. Tomorrow I will be returning to the Post Office to collect my card of 10 forever stamps !!! I will see if the Post Office will guarantee the mistakes of their lobby postal machine !!

The USPS delivery truck regularly drives off the road----making a mess of the roadside area---such as deep ruts---and makes illegal U turns near a busy intersection. No other business delivery truck does this. I live on ILIMALIA Loop, Kailua HI---so it is easy to avoid all this----danger.

I have been at the same address since 1984, and have noticed a marked reduction in the quality of service in the last several years. My mail is constantly sent to other addresses with the same house number. There is one address that by lucky coincidence I connected with (the woman was a cashier at the market who exclaimed one day, "we keep getting your mail! I put it back in the mailbox after writing on it NOT OURS, I hope you're getting them. I often never receive issues of magazines, and now I am concerned about truly important mail (SSA, IRS, VA). Yesterday I received a text message from Amazon saying my package had been delivered--this is with a tracking label!! No package. WTF. I will be contacting Amazon to let them know they CANNOT depend on USPS tracking
