They always say they came by or attempted to deliver but they have never not even once came up to my door and knocked or rang doorbell but they leave a note saying they did. Laziest post office I have ever known. Our elevator is out and we live on 3rd floor so I knew they wouldn’t even attempt but they left notice saying they came by.

Tracking service not helpful. Informed by Amazon it was delivered and where. PO talked to the carrier and confirmed delivery. Questionable? I was home at the time, went out several times to check , my car was parked in front of the bench where deliveries have been made OFTEN! First time missing, first time “delivered “ on a Sunday. Kailua P.O. response, a genuine apology and a statement that Amazon will take care of it.HELLOOOOO!

Please change your website content on passport photo service. I just called the Kailua office and your clerk said that you do not offer passport photo service and yet your website indicate that you are. Please change or update. You save many people unnecessary trip or phone calls.

Worst service in years! I lived in Kailua now for 55 years at the same address and delivery in the last few years is ridiculously inconsistent. Some days delivery is at noon, other days closer to 2pm and today it's going on 5:30 and not a mail truck in sight! Shameful, absolutely shameful!

Are you kidding? You're going out of business. It took over a month for me to get a few simple books delivered.
