Aloha, I want the Postmaster Mr. Nakaoka to know of a highly exceptional Carrier on my route in Waikiki that is assigned a different route now :( She has been absolutely the BEST. I knew that oversized packages that came to my Condo at the Wailana at Waikiki were always placed in boxes low to the floor—not by coincidence—but she knew I used a wheelchair. Further, many many times I would see my Amazon boxes delivered to my front door! What a BLESSING she has been. Full of Kind Aloha. Oh, I’m sorry. Her name is Robin. So giving, and caring, like a medical worker. The ADA may want to hear of this; perhaps they can surprise her with a medal or Award. I use Informed Delivery and want to express my sincere appreciation for that and to Mr. Nakaoka for doing such a fine job this year.

After losing my twin sister, having her solid gold necklace blessed by my priest, then mailing it certified & Insured, one of the slimy, low-life distribution employees STOLE THE PACKAGE during the scanning process. The infuriating thing is that MANAGEMENT KNOWS ABOUT DISTRIBUTION/SCANNING THEFT yet they are to oblivious, lazy, and ignorant to do anything about it. They KNOW how those criminal felons view USPS scanning process as one big shopping spree and steal whatever their immoral useless selves feel entitled to. What's even more disgusting is the audacity of the dept to actually blame me for not mailing it in a larger box. The USPS is the world's most technologically advanced system IN THE WORLD yet they supposedly can't review any of the hundreds of surveillance cameras to pinpoint who they need to fire and press felonious criminal charges against. I even described the thick envelope it was in that was a very distinctive bright pumpkin orange, unlike manilla envelopes or any other packages/envelopes. I'm furious that THEY KNOW THEFT OCCURS HIGHEST AT CHRISTMAS & MOTHER'S DAY yet they are too dang lazy and ignorant to prevent it...HOW??? Do they need an 5th grader to step in and show them how to run the place securely? Now, I need to buy the same matching solid gold necklace, which doesn't have the same sentimental value if being my beloved twin sister's, but now its $100 more than before! Of course USPS won't pay for that! To compound this awful situation, I had ANOTHER ITEM STOLEN at Christmas. While this wasn't sentimental, it was a Christmas gift that they ran out of stock being that apparently DJI Osmo 5 Gimbal were 'the things this Christmas. That was NOT insured therefor I completely lost a few hundred dollars there. USPS NEEDS TO GET THEIR SH!T TOGETHER! I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THEY FIND THAT POND-SCUM WHO STOLE MY BELOVED TWIN SISTER'S SOLID GOLD NECKLACE AND RETURNS IT TO ME SO I CAN GIVE IT TO MY SISTER'S DAUGHTER!!

I sent a package to this address: 2251 Kapiolani Blvd Apt 1, Honolulu, HI 96826. Boulevard was written as Bvld instead of Blvd. Is this the reason why it was returned to me in Norwalk, Connecticut? I really felt bad about it. It is a waste of time and costly to send this package to Hawaii again.

I am concerned about the sudden closures of 2 Molokai Post Offices. The Hoolehua Post Office re-openned, it was followed by the closure of the Maunaloa Post Office. Has the structural problem been resolved? Are there alternative site in the hometown for a post office? Would you consider street delivery? What is the current status of Hoolehua Post Office? What is the current status of the Maunaloa Post Office?

Many houses in my Wahiawa streets have huge long deep divots in the mud in peoples grass yards in front of their mailboxes. At firdt, I thought maybe vandals created the many eye-sores in many grass yards in front of the hundred or more mailboxes. But, today, it was obvious who was doing it. Because I saw the US Postal mail truck steer her tires into the mud trench in front of a mailbox. If a mail truck person cannot reach a mailbox, are they required to get out of the truck to put the mail in the box, or does it not matter that they tear tire ditches in peoples pride and joy of their grass lawns?

I’m born and raised in Honolulu, but I’ve lived in several states on the mainland. I’ve had (NO PROBLEM) with USPS Mail Service until I’ve moved back to Hawaii. Hawaii (Honolulu) your distribution/delivery system in Honolulu (SUCKS) every other month a package delivery is LOST or DELIVERED LATE. Packages just seem to get lost in the system in Honolulu. Why ONLY in Honolulu have I run into these system issues! I’ve live in rural areas in Kentucky also in a very rural area in Bellingham, WA. Never once have my deliveries gotten lost!!! Then I move back home to Maui and every month a package delivery gets lost in your Honolulu system! Come on USPS HNL... Get it together, I’ve become hesitant to use your horrible and unreliable service! It’s (RIDICULOUS) how many times my deliveries have gotten lost once they arrive into the system in Honolulu! Packages can track through 2-4 cities & states across the United States, then packages arrive into Honolulu and just SIT STUCK or LOST in your system in Honolulu! Someone or something is not scanning packages or sorting is getting messed up in Honolulu! So in conclusion, I’m a patient person, but this problem just keeps happening and I had to address the issue. So come on USPS Main Arrivals in Honolulu.....GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!

I was told my package was delivered so I went to get it. What I realized was my package was not there. So I checked my security cameras and not one vehicle drove by my house at the time of "delivery." Where is my package and will I ever receive it?
