I tracked the package I sent to My son and he never received his package from me that was delivered to Haleiwa HI, 96712 April 3 at 10:30 AM.I received a call from Honolulu Post Office on March 29,to search package, said it was a random pick, asked permission to search it, I have never been called for a search before and if searched they put in a note. It was stolen off porch or doorstep . I had $100 worth of valuables inside and I have sent many packages to this address with no problem in the past. Heres my contact #714-658-4211

Your mail carrier left a postal tote with residents' mail in it (their not put into mailboxes?), as well as outgoing mail. Would like to get this sent out by today, if possible or will just send with next USPS mail carrier arrival to property. We are located at 988 Halekauwila Street, Honolulu, HI 96814. I ordered a package of product from Lexington, Ky and yesterday when it arrived in the secure mailbox with key at my condo building the package was ripped open on 1 corner big enough for a hand to reach in, the secure packing tape was sliced on both ends, and it was deliberately done. Somewhere between the time it was mailed via priority mail from Ky to Hawaii, the product and package was abused.. With all money that the usps receives and its a lot because they fund their retirement fund for employees 75 years out, why did this happen to me and probably others? I demand chrystal clear answers and a review or investigation of how the mail is processed, where the breakdown was, whose accountable. I don't want standard answers or BS. Get back to me asap usps! You and your postmaster general feeling me? aloha

I closed my business in Waipio and moved to California. I sent a forwarding address to the Post Office and got a letter from 3600 Aolele St Post Office saying they will not forward my mail to my personal address from this business without their permission. I am the business owner and closed it. How in the world am I supposed to get my mail!!!

On 2/26/2014 a package was given to the Honolulu Post Office 3600 Aolele St Rm 209, Honolulu, HI 96820 at 2:31PM. It's now 5:45AM 2/28/2014 and the package shows it still has not left the post office sorting area. That package is due tomorrow in California.;.
