My package was delivered to someone in HI, I live in MN. I tried several times to reroute my tracking number but you won't help me. This is a scam, you are thieves!!! You don't answer your phone! I want you to find my package and send it to MN!!

For the past 2 days, the mail has not been picked up from our box. There also has not been any mail left for us, which is unusual. Would you please check to see what the problem is? It's difficult to run a business when the mail is not consistent. Thank you.
Confidential Credit Union bank statement was placed in someone else’s mailbox. That person was nice enough to leave it at my door. I’m blessed to have nice, considerate and thoughtful neighbors. However, if that mail fell into the wrong hands I would be more upset. Our postman has to be careful and focus at all times when he places mail in every individual mailboxes. That’s his job. If he’s unhappy with his job then he should quit. Besides, he’s a total grouch. He really needs to retire.
The Kapalama counter staff have always been exemplary in their service. Delivery, however, has been spotty over the past year. Some of the carriers are efficient and competent. It may be due turnover but there are days when the mail has been late and packages have been delivered to the wrong address. Recently I've received letters without the package that should have come on the same delivery as indicated by the package tracking number. Once, the package came later but I suspect that one of my neighbors placed it in the correct mailbox as I have done on many occasions (more so recently). I suspect that the problems stem from recent hires who aren't familiar with their routes. It's getting to be kind of frustrating.
The mail carrier did not pick up our mail at our work location. We have him on camera dropping off our mail, looked both ways as he is closing our mail box with key, and then walked away. He did not take our mail with him; no wonder our customers are claiming that their mail is being received late. Seriously?!
Went by the Kapalama Post Office on Wednesday to drop off a Click-N-Ship Labeled box. I was told by Fair skin male agent, that there was no Click-N-Ship Drop off!! That was the first time I ever heard that at this location! So I left! as I was leaving another Local gentleman (Agent) came running out the door, he recognized me from coming in there quite often, He told me, here ill take your labeled box! i was very happy he did. Thank You to that Local Agent for saving me a Trip to the Airport! I just don't think this should have happened? There USUALLY IS A "DROP AREA" FOR CLICK-N-SHIP? that's why I signed up for this service. Can some please address this Issue? Mahalo
I need to complain about this mail carrier, older oriental man that just have this pissed off look on his face (always). he delivered a box to my address and just threw it down on the ground (not placed down) threw it down and no aloha whatsoever. I already told him before that he needed change his attitude or i'm going to report him but I guess he doesn't care.
This is one of the very few, if not the only, post office on Oahu that really keeps them apart from USPS post offices on the island. We hear it time and time again : lost mail, terrible customer service, ignoring phone calls and etc.... Nothing positive to earn them at least one star. I'd rather pay for a mailbox elsewhere so at least my mail would be safe and I would not have to stand face to face with employees who resemble characters from the movie " The Walking Dead."
My partner and I went into the post office lobby to mail a package and I forgot my mailing tape at home. He asked the worker if she can tape the sides of the flat rate envelope and she responded really fast with, "No we do not tape any packages." I looked at my partner in shocked because that (please excuse my language) was bullshit. And there was the big roll of tape right bedside her. I have gone to many post offices and whenever I asked if they can tape the envelope sides, they were more than happy to do so and showed that they cared about my package. This is the first time that any teller had said no about taping an envelope. Taping a box, I understand. But just the sides of an envelope? And there's tape right by her. Then what is the point of having tape out on top of the desk? If not, she should just hide it.
On Friday 6/24/2016 around 4:21 pm, I have shipped 30$ and two employees were very rude on me. Dislike there comments. Luckily I had clerk 31 she was doing a great job serving. I 've notice she is new and did a wonderful job servicing me. Those two employees are old timers wish they both were moved to another postal office.
