Now that the post office has secured a gate for PO Box access, I made sure to check the times they are supposed to be available. Went there yesterday (Sunday) and the times posted stated po box access available from 8am-4pm. I got there at 1:53pm and all the PO box accesses were locked and secured. I could not get my mail. And their website still shows it's accessible 24 hours. UPDATE ALL YOUR NOTICES AND WEBSITES SO WE'RE NOT ALL WASTING OUR TIME. THERE WERE 3 OTHER PEOPLE TRYING TO CHECK THEIR PO BOXES AS WELL!!!
I get an e-mail saying my package is gonna arriving on time...so I check my mailbox....not there. checked couple times today and it says it was deliveso tried to call and have been on hold for over when you guys say its delivered but probably in someone else's? Maybe USPS isn't the best option for shipping and receiving packages. So I ordered my mom stuff from Utah and now still waiting like 4 weeks now. Just wanna know why I pay priority mail and still not on time...I'm here in American Samoa. So my mom have 4 boxes from ASEA REDOX AND STILL WAITING LIKE 3 TO 4 WEEKS NOW. We are from Hong Kong. A parcel CG350394017HK was arrived at your side. On 30/11 Hong Kong Time we noticed from Hong Kong Post Office you have tried to send the parcel on 30/11/2021 and were unable to deliver. The reason is the postal address was wrongly typed. The correct address should be "801 SOUTH ST, APT 2613, HONOLULU HI 96813."
We have imminent requested Hong Kong Post Office for the amendment of the address and they have taken immediate action to change on our behalf on 1/12/2021.
Apart from that, our customer also call your post office on 2/12/2021 and requested to change the address but replied by you it was sent to ZIP CODE 96814 (but the Zip Code 96813 shown on the courier receipt was correct) and was return back to Hong Kong and unable to change.
We launch our compliant that it was your fault sending the parcel to a wrong ZIP CODE and returning back to the sender despite both Hong Kong Post Office and our customer sending the request of amending the address. Every country has some grace period before sending back the parcel. Beside we also take our initial to approach you for the correctness.
Just heard from the customer that the parcel was now still in custom. We strongly request that you don't return back the parcel and send to the customer as soon as possible.

I am in downtown (96813) so tried to call and have been on hold for over 40mins.....yeah over 40mins...finally gave up after 60mins. I called around noon so being this hard to reach someone for my mail....when you guys say its delivered but probably in someone else's mailbox? Maybe USPS isn't the best option for shipping and receiving packages.
