I’m following up a package w/ tracking #9461211206214877372708 delivered on 2/18/2023 at 11:04 am in front door. No package came to my address: 127 Perez Hgts. Ipan Talofofo, Gu 96915. The person I spoke to on Tuesday, 2/21 said she will follow up on did the delivery. I have not received any feedback.

This place needs to be investigated. 6 times within a year my packages have been given to other people that were held here. I was lucky to get 1 of them back. These packages were not put into the wrong mail box, these packages were held in the back for pick up. It is clear that the employees here do not understand how to check ID cards and verify that the package belongs to the individual. I cannot believe that people are that incompetent so I am assuming that there is some kind of fraud going on here or lack of care. Something really needs to be done with this. Once "Sure", 6 times in less than a year? There is a major issue here.

No one ever answers the phone

I've been calling the Barrigada Post Office for quite sometime now, because they've given my package to a different household. It's been ringing with no answer. There was a one answer, a man picked up (by mistake, I assume) he mumbled "get it girl" and I replied with "Hello?", the man then replied with "Oh sh**" and hung up the phone. I attempted a few more times after that answer since now I know, there are people in the office able to answer the phone. All the calls attempted after that, would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. It answered one more time (by mistake again) I heard a mumble "no..." and replied with "Hello?" then it hung up again. I am currently still trying to call. No answer. Someone please reach out to me. Thanks.

Your merchant assistant told me I wasn't able to pick up my item that wasn't delivered to my house because no one was there. He said I needed a pink slip, which I didn't get in my maibox. And now my item is cancelled and being sent back. I do nt even know if I should reorder because of this issue. I waited in a long line just to be told no when I had my ID and everything to claim it. Help. My sons' ship has landed for a port call but they cannot leave the base. I HAVE ZERO IDEA WHY the USPS sent me a tracking update that a package for my sailor is at the Barrigada, Guam post office...he can't come to the post office because they are confined to base. SInce you have closed the Yigo CPS, can I make an appointment to pick up my mail so I do not have to stand in line for HOURS to get it - considering I'm not actually able to stand in line for more than very few minutes before I'm in serious pain. I am a senior citizen and I have a hard time walking around, especially from the GMF parking lot to inside the postal service … so I am hoping to be able to handle this problem over this service. I am writing about a problem that I’ve been encountering for the last couple of months … maybe more. My daughter works at the cruiseline in Hawaii … so I’ve been forwarding her mail to her cruiseline post office box. Lately, Joyleen has been travelling around the U.S. … first to Louisiana, then to Orlando, and is expected to visit my sister in Texas next. I have been forwarding my daughter’s mail to her wherever she’s at. I think I am doing what I am supposed to do. Your postman however … IDK if it is the same postman or various … keeps returning these mail back to me at my Yigo address … with no explanation. Why is he returning the mail? What am I doing wrong? The last mailing that I did was a couple of days ago … 4 mail were previously returned … so I packed them up and put them into one brown envelope … with my handwriting I wrote the address where she’s at. The young man at the postal service by Payless suggested that maybe it has to go out as a package and not a mail. We did that. Hopefully, that one finally got out. For 2 other mail … regular mail … the young man suggested that I put 2 stamps to make sure it doesn’t get returned again. I did. That was a couple of days ago. Today, I received another returned mail. As always, no explanation as to why it is being returned. What am I doing wrong so that I know next time not to make the same mistake? These were mail that my daughter is in need of. She’s been waiting for them. Please advise what is happening so that my daughter won’t have to miss her mailing again.

Question: How can I get home delivery? My address.is 203 Machuate street Barrigada adjacent to Harvest Family Life Center (gym) and Harvest Foster House. I was told Harvest doesn’t get home delivery. Talking to staff of Harvest and was told they pick up their mail, but packages are delivered to them almost daily. I have submitted a request and was also told they can’t at this time. What's the point of leaving online delivery instructions when my carrier won't even make the effort to drop it off as instructed? Now I have to make the drive to the postal office when that was the reason I wanted my package delivered to my front door because I knew it wouldn't fit in the box. I waited all day but no one showed. Checked my box after 5pm and found a pink slip that read, "Sorry we missed you while you were out". Option for delivery instructions are useless if the carrier won't even make a little effort to accommodate the customer.

Hello, last week my box has arrived to Guam. The delivery staff posted a pink slip in my mailbox to redeliver. The following day, I had called and spoke with a local staff member on the phone and kindly asked to redeliver my box. “We will deliver it out tomorrow”. It’s has been 3 days since then and I still did not receive my box. Monday morning (today), I attempted more than 3x to call the P.O to know the status of my box. No it’s me answered. I then used the 800- # to request for redelivery of my box and I was sent a confirmation email about it. Hopefully It shows up at my door today. Otherwise, another concern will be sent to the regional manager via email. Thank you for your time in advance.

My sister sent a packages with several items that are quite expensive. For some apparent reason the package has been “delivered” when I searched for it using its tracking number. Since last month I’ve been waiting. I was told with bad customer service that the would look for the package. It’s been 3 days and I’ve been calling but no answer. Why the postman don't even attempt to deliver the parcel item at the physical address when the roadside mailbox does'nt have space for oversized parcel? We chose home delivery because we have no enough time to pick up the item @ the post office & it is also far from my work place, I tried the redelivery option for so many times but it won't go thru or it does'nt work here in guam?
