My package from my work was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. Tonight I received notification stating "No access to delivery location " That is NOT a true statement. I need this package. Tracking number. 9400111206371836002242. Why won't you deliver my package??
The mail tracking system says that I had 4 packages delivered on 1/8 at 2706. After checking around the house and mailbox at 1715, I find the delivery WAS NOT made. If it was, it wasn't made here! So where is the delivery? Next issue I called our post office (Russel Ave) starting at 1720 the post office was supposed to stay open till 1800. The phone would just ring & ring. I kept on redialing for 25 minutes to no avail. It seemed that the phone was picked up and then hung up. So much for the helpful staff. Please tell me again why we are paying these folks not to deliver mail? Gary Picha
I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MAIL DEC. 23,24, OR 26. I CALLED BUT NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I GUESS THE PEOPLE WHO GET A CHECK, JUST WORK WHEN THEY WANT TO. MUST BE NICE TO HAVE A JOB WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!!
I or my neighbors have not received any mail in 5 days and tomorrow is Sunday so that makes 6 . No way we would go that long . What are they doing , throwing out our mail instead of delivering it . Something needs to be done
Mail was not picked (Nov. 28) up so I took to the post office in Centerville (Nov. 30). Found out that none of the letters mailed had arrived (Dec. 17). Don't know what is going on with the mail, but something needs to be done.
No one ever picks up the phone when you call. I've been trying to track down a package that I paid to have expedited (it's now been 11 days) and I keep getting tired excuses and the run-around. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!
My mailman NEVER takes my mail from my post box! He refuses to take anything out of my box that I need mailed out! I have a ring doorbell and have watched him put mail in while shoving my items that he needs to take to the back of the mailbox. God forbid he have to drop anything at my front door, he slams it on the ground! Every time I have to get in my car and take my mail to the post office! Not happy!

Went to mail a flat rate box this morning. I arrived prior to opening, NO tape or supplies out available to put the box together. Stood in line until opening, was first in line then had to stop and put box together. Decided to use automated kiosk since the line was out the door by that time. The mail box would NOT OPEN to mail my package. Buzzed the door to get help, another customer told me to go put it on the counter, no rep in site. A lady came out of the side door and SNARLED ME OUT. That's not what the door is for is what she condescendingly told me. Well excuse me, but ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNAGE EXPLAINING WHAT TO DO WHEN THE BOX WONT OPEN. I needed to get to work and did not have another 45 minutes to waste. How about some customer service! I don't need someone being UGLY TO ME! NO WONDER PEOPLE HATE THE POST OFFICE! This happened to me at the Russell Parkway branch in Warner Robin's Georgia this morning! HATEFUL PEOPLE! IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THAT MUCH, THERE ARE PLENTY OF NICE PEOPLE WHO WOULD LOVE SUCH A GOOD PAYING JOB!!!!!
What is wrong with mail delivery to the Fieldstone Rd area? We didn't receive our mail until after 8 pm on a couple days last week, but it's usually after 5pm anyway. We didn't receive any mail on Saturday, after I received a USPS e-mail telling me we had several pieces of mail coming. Tried to call the post office several times to talk to someone, but nobody answered the phone. What's going on there???
Postmaster, I would like to recognize Kim who delivers mail on carrier route 40, Warner Robins. Kim is an outstanding mail carrier and is always considerate in the way she handles the mail. We receive a large number of packages and she takes special care to place them so that they are not damaged. Since she has been delivering our mail we have not had any delivery of the wrong mail and she is always professional in her duties. Please pass on our appreciation to Kim.
They messed around and stole the wrong person package. I aint letting it go and im pressing charges. Nothing but liars and ppl that steal that work there. Throw the whole damn post office away!!!!!!!!!!!
I know for a fact they steal mail and it's petty stuff that they take like free meal and cigarette coupons but it doesn't matter it is not theirs to take and it downright angers me because there are people like myself that work hard and rely on such coupons to save money and these "government workers" get away with murder and still get to take home a nice salary. And then they deliver my mail to some weirdo 2 houses down and he takes the money orders that were addressed to me but delivered to him by some incompetent postal employee!

I have a temp address to which Mail was/is being sent in Yardley PA until towards the end of May. I am a little upset as the mail is not being forwarded as requested at all times. I have received several calls from people telling me that their mail to me has been returned. In addition, we have several pieces of mail that we were expecting (to include Social Security) which have not shown up. In addition, I have just received a wedding invitation post marked 10 Mar 2018; a little late for the wedding that took place on 22 April. Please check and correct and let me know.
I don't normally complain about my service....but today just about did it for me. I had outgoing mail in my box which was not picked up, mail carrier just put my incoming mail on top of it. Maybe if she would stay off the phone she could get her work done. No wonder people are dissatisfied with the postal service.
The delivery person who brought the mail to The Imaging Center this am DID NOT pick up our outgoing mail. This is a business and we have time sensitive mail that needs to be picked up daily. He did not even interact with any one in the office just laid down the incoming mail and walked out!!!!!!
Today, 9/21/17, a package was suppose to be delivered to our home at 12:05 pm, stating that he/she was unable to deliver it. However, I know for a fact this is false...both my husband and I sat right her and watched this person drive right by our mailbox,didn't even slow down. They never left their vehicle nor attempted to come to our door. Why did this person lye about this...just wrong!!! They have always left the boxes near our door...why not today? Too hot?? Too lazy??? As did Beatrice below state, it was well before closing and no one would answer the phone!!! Shame on all of these Federal employees...should be ashamed of yourself. You don't live my your oath any longer thats for sure!!!
The postal carrier will not pick up outgoing mail from our mailbox. This has been brought to the attention of the postmaster at the Warner Robins Post Office, but the situation is ongoing. Attempts to use the phone number provided have been useless. The 800 number doesn't give an option to complain, the local number isn't answered. I rate this service very low, a 1 on a 1-10 scale. We will stop using the post office and use internet, UPS, or FedEx for future needs.
Worst customer service every! Mail man mark my package as delivered but no where to be found. JACK THE MANAGER couldn't even come out from behind his office to help even after he told us that he will be calling us 20 minutes to find it. Went up there 3 times, was suggested to put in claims. Why should I have to hassle claims if it was clearly your guy's fault!! Worst, absolutely worst. I will be contacting BBB. Also no one EVER answers the phone!!!!
Yesterday, 15 May 17, I inadvertently dropped a wedding card into the depository to be mailed. I had not written anything inside and had not sealed it, but it did include a wedding gift check. I called your office and Eric (don't know his last name) helped me out. He took the time to go through the deposit boxes to find my card and retrieve it and held onto it until I could pick it up. I very much appreciate him taking the time to help me out. It might seem like a small thing - doing his job but it wasn't to me. Him helping me out was huge. I hope there is some recognition you can give him - as far as I am concerned he is the "Employee of the Year"!!! Thank you Eric.
The worst service I have ever received from a company. I have NEVER received my package on time. If I requested for 2 day shipping, I always prepared for my order to be 2 days late. It's sad that you have to go through hell just to get your mail. They should hire a new team of people including management. If I pay for my order to be at my house on a certain date, IT SHOULD BE !!!
This Post-office sucks! they are sorry they always put mail in the PO box late. I thought by purchasing a PO Box would be safe, until my mail was tampered and they stole a bracelet that a friend sent me from Atlanta. Even at my home address just to get rid of the mail they place other people's mail and stuff it into my mail box and speed off. They need to get better people working in there lazy @ss!
