I received a returned birthday card for my father. His house number is 616, but in my haste, I didn’t close the number on 6and it looked like a 5. I admit my mistake, but come on! The postal worker couldn’t have taken the slightest initiative or concern and deliver to the name of the person on the street —- ONE NUMBER OFF! Your lack of initiative cost me a stamp and my elderly dad a now belated card. Definitely doesn’t help your case as a struggling post office. Don’t worry after this letter, I’ll go back to online gifts. Very disappointed.
We were just in the post office. The attendant was very helpful. Another customer came in and she courtesly asked him how she could also help him. He was extremely rude and she explained he could fill out paperwork while she finished with us. As we left he berated her. She maintained her composure and continued to help him. She needs to be congratulated!
