I recently moved to the Georgia. On 10/22/2022, I received an email notifying me that my package was delivered. I quickly called my husband to open the door. My husband let me know that he has been outside and no one has come to the house. I was confused so I waited till Monday and started making calls. As you can see, today is 11/9/2022 and I still have not received my package. I have spoken to 6 different employees and the person who regularly deliveries my mail. She was off that day. I spoke to a few other neighbors and they did not receive their packages as well. I finally called the union city location and the only thing they can say, is that the deliver person was just filling in from another location. Their are only 3 things that comes to mind. 1. The delivery person stole everyone's packages that day since this is not his/her regular route. 2. The person has dyslexia and no one has caught on to this person. 3. They delivered everyone's packages to the wrong houses and those customers stole every package. Whatever it is, I need this post office to be accountable for their employees. I should not have to call multiple times and file a claim for their mistake. To top it all off, they tell me to put insurance on my items when using their services in the future, which means they don't care if it happens again and they have no plans to correct it. Georgia's usps is a complete joke. They make you jump through hoops in order for you to give up. I will not give up. I work hard for my money and I want my package or I want my money back in full.
Hi my name is vera gaston and I live at 6238 highpoint dr 30291, I need to report my mail carrier for this, they are always put in the mail in the box that the resident no longer lives at this address I put it back and raise the flag .ok there wrote me a nice/nasty note today. saying if you are not the current resident at 6238, the highpoint is considered VACANT and that no mail or parcels will be delivered on 6/1.I have been trying to return this mail ever since 5/27/22 and another thing I am tired of them leaving my mailbox open. and let every mail carrier know this. what are we supposed to do with mail that does not belong to us, and if my mail stops someone had better be ready to give me an explanation Vera M Gaston Resident at 6238 HighPoint RD Union City Ga 30291
I called the Union City Post Office this morning, 5/9/2022 to inquire about missing packages. The line wasn't busy at all. The person ( Tasha Cleke) I spoke with was very kind and patience while assisting me. Fast forward...She found the packages and they will be redelivered tomorrow. Ask for Tasha C. she's customer service. I give her all AAAA+++++. Enjoy your day on purpose.
I had ordered a part for my car and it was to be DROPPED OFF AT MY HOUSE on 3/31/22 but the mail driver put it in someone else’s mailbox. I have called several times and I should have received a call from Cindy ( she has not called back, after she was to call someone above her to see how to handle the situation), the head was to have called me back( I have left 3 messages for her). This part was 98.00 and I had to pay it again since it stated it was delivered to my address. This is clearly POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY.
I went to this facility on 3/21/2022 and although the post office hrs for Monday starts at 8:30 am they had a note at the outside door that they were going to open at 9:30am. I left the line at 9:41am since they still did not open to service their customers.
Hello, I am the property manager for Oakley Station in Union City GA. We need a log of some kind of show us which properties go with which box numbers. We have the mailbox keys but we dont know which boxes go with which units.
This is just ridiculous!!!! The same mail lady keep damaging my mailbox! She broke the door of my mailbox and acted like she didn’t do it. Now here it is I go outside today and the mail flag on my mailbox was laying on the ground on top of the door of my mailbox. There need to be consequences for damaging people mailbox. I should not have to keep repairing or replacing my mailbox because of my mail lady inconsiderate actions! Maybe just maybe if she slowed down some she will not have to keep coming back because SHE forgot to put something in someone’s mailbox! Since I’ve been living over here I have not done anything to this woman for her to keep coming over here destroying my mailbox. When the white older guy come he is great! He always speak to my kids when they are outside, he always have a smile on his face. But this lady always looking mean, I wave at her and she don’t wave back! Is she always like this?? I try to consider others may have a lot on their plate but this is just disrespectful on so many levels with her. Maybe she need to consider finding a job that make her smile instead of frowning all the time. Don’t accept a job just because of the pay and benefits if it’s gonna have you this sour faced. I really wish you guys do something about this issue before it gets worse than what it already is. I gathered all of the mail for people that stayed here before me and stacked it together really neat and also put a rubber band around it. So when she came to deliver the mail I gave it to her and told her those were the that lived here before me and she said she couldn’t take it for me I need to go to the post office to sort all of that out! Yeah this chick is with all the foolishness!
I haven’t received some mail in the wall, it’s stating to concern me how it just stop out of no where.
Can you check on my mail please as, I hope it’s not being stolen from anywhere?

poor customer service. Roshell Willis is a supervisor, she is brash and rude. My mail continues to be returned. I have not submitted a change of address, nor have I requested a hold on my mail. This creates an issue for me with my bills and correspondence. my contact number is 470-241-3118. T

on Monday 4/8/19 at 7 am, today is Wednesday the 10 and still not delivered ?
It was warranty to be deliver by the 8th
I call put tracking number and is tallying me than is in transit. LOL
and they have it in their hand how this can possible happen,
I never see such bad service from this facility, why can not get one thing right for once, can't never count with this facility.
So disappointed pay $10 to get my package delivered by the time I come back home
I've been home for 2 days and my package has not been here estimated time was supposed to be Thursday the 13th still not here and it hasn't make no movement I've been tracking it since it left since I left it there on Union City I don't know what's going on now I'm calling and I keep getting his busy busy busy
This is the worst Post Office I ever been to. They gave my a key to my mail box that doesn't even work! So I paid them for a key that doesn't even work. And my mail just sitting in the mail box and they won't keep it at the Post Office. Worst customer service!
