The service level at the desk is excellent, and friendly -- probably the best I've experience in metro Atlanta. The clerks are very customer-service oriented and give good advice

I can't believe I came home yesterday with a note in my mail box from the carrier that my mail box was stuffed so she took all my mail to the post office and if I wanted it I could come and pick it up or they would send it back!

We are very disappointed in our recent hold mail request by the Tyrone post office. They delivered 2 days mail out of a 10 day hold, thankfully our neighbor checked our box for the first several days. We requested to pick up all of all mail at the post office and then delivered all the mail to our mail box. They even delivered the hold mail request form that stated the customer will up mail.
